This place has done my heating and AC the last 3 years and is the best and reliable and reasonably priced.

Mateo Pierce was an absolute hero! First of all, he wasn’t just on time, the man was EARLY. I mean like hours ahead of schedule (and when your A/C is out in single minute counts. 🥵) I was convinced this was going to be a big dent in the pocketbook but I was proved wrong. Mateo was in and out in 30 minutes tops. He was honest and answered my questions like a friend and not a salesman. I can’t give the man enough gold stars. If his supervisor reads this, Mateo deserves a fat bonus for the superb work he’s doing for this company. 👍🏼

I was in need for someone to check a heating cooling unit after 6:00 pm on a Friday night. The unit stopped heating on a very cold night. In fact it snowed earlier that day in Tucson.Zachary was the service tech who came by and fixed it easily. He was both professional and personal.I was charged an after hours service fee that was less then a normal day time service fee from another company who checked the unit a month prior.I highly recommend this company, especially for after hour service.Mary

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

We had an appointment and when we called to confirm the day of they told us they were running an hour behind. Two hours later I called again twice and got no answer. Not dependable at all I had to take off from work for nothing.

Pricy but good the job done.

They were recommended by our insurance company. They were nice when they came to the house to take a look at the issue. But then said they didn't have the right tools or a ladder to do the job that day -- even after I gave them all the information about the job beforehand. They said they would return the following day but they did not. And when I called the next day to because they had not shown up, their offices voice mail stated they were closed for the next 8 days (until Jan 8th). I do not understand why a grown adult would lie, knowing full and well that they would be closed the next day. Although, this is not about their quality of work, this is more about their quality of character. They are not honest nor sincere and I would not trust them as a business because if they are dishonest about that, they could be dishonest about anything. Tired of all these arrogant contractors.
