Tim was a godsend after our previous plumber. I would trust nobody else with larger projects. We have an old house in Dundee with galvanized pipes and had another plumber replace the tub stopper. A few months later, our ceiling was starting to bulge from leaks. After several unsuccessful attempts from the previous plumber to fix the leak, we called Tim and he came to our house to inspect. He quickly found the source of the leak and it was clear Tim really knows and loves plumbing.

Since we had a number of other issues with our rusty pipes I asked if he could fix those too. Tim traced the pipes from the basement to the bathroom while I tagged along and we came up with a detailed gameplan. A few visits later Tim finished everything:

1. Replaced all the galvanized steel piping from the basement to the upstairs with copper
2. Fixed the leaky tub
3. Installed a new vanity and sink
4. Replaced 15 feet of flat PVC piping with properly dropped PVC and a real fitted connection back to the galvanized exit pipe.

Not a single leak since then. RX Plumbing is awesome and they're definitely our new go-to plumbing company. Thanks Tim!

Paul was on time, very professional and knew just what to do. He drained, flushed and replaced a couple of parts that had been ruined on our water heater.. Hard water in AZ is no joke and by the looks of the anode, pretty nasty!

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.

We used them to install a gas line for an outdoor BBQ and it was probably one of the worst experiences we've had. I won't get into all the details because it would be a novel. All I will say is I would recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

The service was excellent and what great detail they put in performing a water heater installation. The gentleman was thorough and got the job done within an hour. The experience was very nice and helpful, I was educated on how water heaters last on service so my experience will follow me on to the new home.

I would be real careful using this company, they installed a water heater which was not installed properly and their senior tech had to come out again and fix it. They charged us for the permit, but they did not set up for the inspector I had to call them for them to set it up and they gave me a day and and open time 0800-1700. I had to call them again for a better time because they did not call me like they said they would and I come to find out they did not set up the appointment like they said. Now I have to wait for them to drop the permit off and we need to contact the inspector. I find this to be unprofessional an i will never use them again.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!

I had a leak under my mobile home. Al arrived within an hour and fixed the leak very quickly. He was friendly & explained everything clearly.

My wife runs a home daycare. The kitchen faucet handle broke and the guest bathroom sink cracked on the same day. I called Antonio, who was referred to me by a friend, in the evening.
