I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Nate was here all day putting in our hot water heater. It was very cold outside and he still managed to be professional kind and happy. It was a rough job and he had to bring the hot water heater up to code in a very small spot. He let us know when he turn the water off and on so we would have water in the home. The most I could do was offer him hot soup and hot tea along with his apprentice and they were very happy to have that. I would highly recommend him he was very neat, clean and uplifting. always show up on time and get the job done professionally. when my basement had been flooded they kept their shoes clean as to not track mud into my house. everyone I have talked to there is very nice and knowledgeable. they even helped me elevate my water heater in order to keep it from getting ruined again. they also went above and beyond trying to help me fix my old one with warranty since it was just a few months old. I am very satisfied with all the work they have done and will for sure call them with all future plumbing needs.

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

Paul was both courteous and responsive, very helpful to get warranty part from manufacturer. Would recommend Paul to anyone who needs plumbing Services. (He helped me with Noritz tankless water heater)

Before I called Kris of Pride plumbing I was getting quotes that was very expensive. They was telling me to replace my water heater but Kris said it was okay. He fixed the problems that I was having. I liked the fact that he was very honest about my repairs. He was on time and did a great job. I will use him for all plumbing needs.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

Water main busted and we were without water. From the call to the service being completed it was definitely a great experience. Dustyn was professional and courteous, and quick!! The work was done right and that’s why I called delta. This is a professional business, not someone’s cell phone number listed as a business like every other number I called before this. The price was a tad higher, but there’s a cost and quality hierarchy that I’m totally aware of and I would much rather pay to have the problem fixed correctly, than to pay less and have the guy cut corners. I will definitely use this company again, and Dustyn’s work and representation of he company was stellar.

Never called me back. I will return the favor and not call them ever again.

William Patterson arrived on time and finding the problem he explained what our repair would entail. He and his assistant went to work completing the repair and throughly cleaning the area repaired. He was very courteous and professional and is an asset to your company.

They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
