Can't say enough good things! I called late in the evening for a clogged drain and they came out early the next morning to help me out. They diagnosed the problem and although they determined I needed a different service for a final fix to the problem Petros called a colleague himself to get that settled urgently for me. After so many people told me they wouldn't be able to come for several days (my only toilet wasn't working so not an option!) it was such a relief to find someone who was able to come quickly and assess the situation.

Justin is fantastic! He will be our plumber for life!!! He is very hard working!

Waterworks Plumbing provides outstanding service! We have had a few projects: capping gas lines, sink repairs, and toilet replacement with bidet installation. I cannot write enough effusive praise for Danielle's work: responsive, timely, excellent work quality, and affordability. She is easy to work with, and you would do well to hire her for your home plumbing jobs!

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

I found Finish-Line on Thumbtack. I wanted my back porch screened in to keep the bugs from biting me. Ron came to assess the job and within 2 days he was done. He did an amazing job. He even installed a screen door. Now I can enjoy sitting and entertaining on my porch with the 🦟 🦟 🦟.
The work was so good, I just called today for a new project. Thanks Ron. WE LOVE OUR PORCH!!!!

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Nick did a fantastic job. He fixed problem and was very prompt on arrival. Couldnt have been more pleased!

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.

The guy was rude & left a mess. Did not show up on the day we scheduled for and did not call to reschedule. I had to call and find out what was going on only to find they were coming the next day.Very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and the money.
