The technician they sent out to us was committed from day one to working with us to find the problem related to our AC. We had problems with it before and no other technician invested the time and effort into working with us to find the problem. We are impressed and satisfied with their diligence to making sure they resolve the problem and comply with customer satisfaction!!!

I have to say it was refreshing to have a plumbing company respond so quickly. We had a water main that supplies water to 10 apartments break. Fix was made within hours. Everyone says THANK YOU!!!

I called Summers telling them my AC was not blowing cool air. Unfortunately I gave them the wrong number to call back. Well about a half hour goes by and I call them and SAY OMG, I gave you the wrong number . I gave them the right number and within 3 minutes I got a call. He was here within 15 minutes. Fantastic experience -- came out the same day (a Friday) our first day in our new house. Thanks to them, we had filtered water, a working washer & dryer, and an un-clogged dishwasher before the weekend. Reasonably priced, great service. Will definitely use again.

They were very polite and fast with the Install. Answered all our questions with a smile. We are going to tell all our friends to use them.

Don't know what they are doing and are expensive.
