I decided to plant a tree in my front yard and ended up piercing the main pipe to my house with a pickaxe. Called at 8 o'clock at night and spoke with the owner. James and his partner came by the next morning which was labor day and repaired our pipe in under ten minutes. Affordable and efficient. Highly recommend this local company.

I've used Zachow & Sons several time to repair both outdoor and indoor systems. They are always quick to respond and have diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time around (unlike other plumbers I have used). I highly recommend them.

I hired Appleton Electrical Contracting to do some electrical work on May 19th of 2022 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They are located at 1130 W Walnut St, Milwaukee, WI 53205
After scheduling a date and time they told me was available, they later called and said that that date and time needed to be changed

I finally met with the electrician, who was 25 minutes late. After 2 to 3 minutes, without any investigation, he told me the cost would be $270. He also told me that whether the job took 10 minutes or 2 hours the price would be the same. But he also said that after 2 and 1/2 hours he would be charging me $150 per hour. The man's name was Jay and he was driving a van advertising Norman's Home Improvements.
Jay claimed to be a journeyman electrician but showed me no license. I told Jay I couldn't agree to those kind of charges and he left.

I WOULD URGE CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING TO USE NORMAN'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS LLC.

Later I got a call from Appleton Electrical Contracting telling me they were charging me $149 for the service call.
I had no choice, so I paid them the $149 over the phone.
When I originally called Appleton Electrical Contracting, the person on the phone told me the company offered multiple services including electrical, plumbing, hvac and other property maintenance services.
I give the outfit 0 stars and would caution anyone about using their services.

Alpha Plumbing was fantastic. Scheduling was very easy. They called to confirm and just prior to arrival. Dan, from Alpha, was EXCELLENT, very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the small list of jobs in a very timely manner. Everything looks and works great! Thank you Dan and Alpha Plumbing! I cannot be any happier with how professional, on time and fair the plumbing service I received from this business was. The old faucets and showers gave a lot of trouble to Nick, but he professionally stood by the quote he gave us earlier, eventhough it took him more than twice the time he predicted it would, and did a quality job on removing the old faucets and toilets with no damage and installing the new ones. I have worked with plumbers before, but this was my best experience by far.
If you live in Windsor area, I strongly recommend Compass Plumbing!

This was my first time using Knight Sewer & Drain Cleaning
and I was more than pleased. The gentleman was on time, got right to work, solved my problem and even told me how to solve a different problem and save myself several hundred dollars. I couldn’t ask for better.

They were very expensive for what they did (what plumber isn't?), the owner was very nice, but took his time when I asked for an itemized bill to justify the expense. Once they were finished, they left me with leaks I didn't have before they came. Perhaps this is typical plumber in Memphis, not my idea of a good experience.
