I hired PB to install a water heater and plumb in a line for a glass dryer. The price was fair and accurate. On time arrival for the project was appreciated. Work was clean and professionally done. I recommend PB and will hire again.

This company is the one that my warranty company sent out. I have been waiting almost three weeks for a part, with no follow-up or follow through. I get the same old run around story each time. I am so disappointed with the service. What is going on with your company its obvious you don't care about your customers and the word of mouth they will give about your service. Ridiculous!!!!

Donavan has done several jobs for me- installed new toilets, brought all my kitchen plumbing up to code when he installed my new faucet and dishwasher (place was built in the 80's, things had changed) along with new bathroom faucets and more. Every time he was professional, courteous, honest and often went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful for the great work he did. Now I live in NC and there is NO ONE around here that can hold a candle to him! Hope the WI folks are enjoying his excellent service, he's a GEM!!

Called Mr. Evans, he was extremely professional and quick. Rates reasonable and he offered a warranty which isn't always done by other companies. Contrary to one if the comments he's still in business. The other commenter may have been referencing his father who retired but the son has taken over and is still in business. Will definitely use him again.

Had an emergency call. Arrived same morning and fixed the issue. Drew was very courteous, friendly and straightforward. Fixed the issue right away and a few more leaks he discovered. Dr. Plumber is my new go to now. Thank you Drew for a job well done!

I used TJ Sillari for the first time. I am very content about the services I received from them. They are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time and pointed to the root cause of the the issue I had with my steam boiler and fixed it. They have my business and I recommend them without reservation!

Horrible experience. My husband went in with a supply list. The person he spoke with said he was too busy and to send it in an email. I sent the parts list in an email. I called to follow up and was placed on hold and then told I would receive a call back because they were too busy. I called back two days later after no call. They had no idea what list I was talking about, because nobody brought it to their attention. When they found the email I was told that they were too busy, it would take five hours just to find pricing, and another four to five days for the parts. Unfortunately they are too busy to help customers. I was looking forward to supporting a local store. We are building a bathroom, meaning the opportunity for them would have been great.

Down to earth person, doesn't try to break your wallet. Excellent prices and quality work that he backs up. Would use again.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
