BAD COMPANY I CALLED A DOZEN TIME 10 TIMES LEFT MESSAGES NO REPLYS BACK I FOUND A BETTER PLUMMBER DID THE WORK GOOD

This is 2021. I've called this company 6 or 7 times in the last two weeks and they have yet to respond from the business and the cell phone numbers on my invoices. I've used their services as far back as 2010, 2011 and 2012. This company is located 5 blocks from my home in which I've lived in for 50 years.
If their no longer in business then their name shouldn't be listed. I once owned 5 different businesses.

These guys are the real deal. Professional, friendly, and they can fix things when the big guys can't. I would have saved myself $200 today if I had called them first instead of working with a bigger outfit. I am using Evans for everything from now on.

The gentleman was on time, efficient, and did good work. He also has a warranty (inquire). I will definitely use him again.

I was very dissatisfied. One of the workers didn't even have boots to go down and snake my drain out. They basically didn't want to do anything they was trying to find somebody else to do it. They tried to charge me $500 just to drain the water out the basement. They also said my pipe maybe collapsed in the back of the house and tried to put me in a payment plan $5500. I bought a pump for $60 and drained it my self. And rented a snake did it myself. It cost me about $150 in total to do it myself

I called them and they didn't even come out

If I could give no stars I would give no stars because this man came out and told me a price on a job then gave me the run around for 2 weeks and never showed up to do the job I called him I text him I actually never even talked to him we only talk through text this guy is not trustworthy at all

Mr. Evans is very knowledgeable and provides the best customer service. I highly recommend him and he is trustworthy.

Called Mr. Evans, he was extremely professional and quick. Rates reasonable and he offered a warranty which isn't always done by other companies. Contrary to one if the comments he's still in business. The other commenter may have been referencing his father who retired but the son has taken over and is still in business. Will definitely use him again.
