On my way to work this morning, 430am, 93 N, one of their vans was driving erratic. He was speeding, tailgating, and cutting back and forth between 3 lanes. Luckily no one was injured. Not a good way to start the day!

Malcolm comes through yet again! They sent Bob who fixed everything perfectly. You know your in good hands with him!!!! He is an expert plumber and a good person as well. I will always ask for him. I have used this company for about 50 years and they are the best in the business!!!

Kevin came to our place twice to fix our faucet and replace our toilet. He is super professional. We respect him a lot and highly recommend William J Malcolm & Son's service.

I had a water tank bottom out and flood my basement, after I called William J Malcolm they scheduled immediate service for the next morning and had them installed and removed the busted hot water heater. Very professional team!

I own a large old West Cambridge Victorian house and for more than 30 years have used WJ Malcolm Inc. to fix its intermittent plumbing and hot water heating problems. They are honest, reliable, and competent. They keep their appointments, and respond promptly to emergencies. I strongly recommend them.

This company parks their van on the sidewalk. I don’t understand why they think this is acceptable. I will take my business elsewhere.

Edit: People are having to walk in the street to get around the illegally parked van. I almost got hit by a car. This is really terrible behavior from William J Malcolm and Sons. If you don’t know how to park, you should not drive.

I a woman stuck out in the cold because I locked myself out of my business. These misogynist plumbers were working on a boiler in MY basement. I asked to use his phone and he said no!
What kind of jerk leave a person not dressed for this weather to freeze? A business full of NARCISSIST BUTT HEADS thats who!!!!!

I've used them for over 10 years for everything from a leaky sink to installing a new boiler at my home to putting in a 3 basin sink in my store. They are good people

One of the best things about Cambridge and its people is that we will always love and appreciate good old local businesses. Malcolm and sons is an over a hundred year old business that had worked with generation after generation of their customers. They are trustworthy, professional, and do their best.

They are there for you when no one else can or wants to take the job.

I can't comment on their plumbing ability, but I can tell you they aren't the kind of guys you want in your house. Their truck honked at me while I was biking, then passed inches away while cursing me out. Yes, driving brings out the worst in many people but these guys were exceptional....and not in a good way. Vote for civility by taking your money and your business elsewhere.

We had a faulty garbage disposal and clogged drain that was leaking. They visited on the same day following a short, polite, and professional phone conversation. They visited on time and despite an end of day scheduling managed to fix the drain and replace the disposer in no time with no hassle. Highly recommended!

Always come asap. I have been using them for 20 years.
