The guy said-he was coming back with a camera, and needed to do a drain out.

I use this company every 3 months. Very pleased with their work They jetted 4 sewer lines in my building. Not an easy task as a company has to have a small enough unit to fit in an under ground parking lot and maneuver around a parking garage. They did a great job.

The entire City Wide Plumbing team from my initial call to Marco, Peter and all the employees who worked to repipe my home were absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service, follow-up, clean-up and prompt service. They are definitely my go to plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

Originally thought this was going to be a good experience. Put in a request through home advisor and this was the first company that responded, and this first company able to send a tech for an appraisal of my situation. Tech came out on time, and was very courteous. He checked out my situation and quoted me a price. When I asked to get it in writing, he said no problem and asked that if I get a better estimate, that I call them back and give them a chance to match it. I said I would do so. The next morning, I still hadn't received a written estimate. I was called the next afternoon asking if I'd gotten estimates from other companies, to which I said I had and was waiting for their's. They asked what my other estates were and I said that was not the way it worked, I need an estimate from them first, and if it was higher than others, I'd give them a chance to match it. They said ok and they'd get in contact with the original tech to send me an estimate. The next day, I still hadn't received an estimate, so I called again. They said they'd call the original tech and get me an estimate, then call me back. They NEVER called me back. All well, I THOUGHT it was going to be a good experience, but it seems their clients aren't worth their time.

Pete came to my house unclogged my sewer lines and then talked to my Insurance I had a large break in the lines they took care of everything within two days they did such a nice job you can’t even tell they were here they left everything in such nice condition they are such nice people I will use them again when I need a plumber

I am very impressed with the professional and the company. My main water line was leaking. I had several companies give me estimates and all wanted to basically rip up my front yard. The City Wide Plumbing pro showed me exactly how to fix the problem with the least amount of money and time. The price was very affordable, the work was done efficiently and fast. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible service. Tried to say we had a leak in our water line. Turns out there was no leak. And would have charged $1200!!! Don't use them, use MC Plumbing, they were very honest.

Replacement of main water line (meter to house). Frank and his crew were very professional and explained all project steps both before starting and during the work. (I am retired so I was able to observe all work). The job was completed in one day. Extra care was taken to locate line around large tree roots in order to preserve health of a 25 year old tree. The crew stayed until 8:30PM to secure and test the line. A second visit (minor sprinkler issues) was completed within hours of scheduling. I highly recommend CWP for any needed water line repairs.

When I called City Wide Plumbing to see if they could take care of my problem, the person on the phone was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to get me an appointment within the next couple of hours. That was fantastic. When Jesus Gonzalez came to my house he was able to quickly analyze the problem and knew exactly what he needed to purchase. He went to the store and came back And neatly replaced and repaired my pressure vacuum breaker. I can now easily refill my pool. I will absolutely be using City Wide Plumbing in the future. When the water authority contacts you that you might have a water leak somewhere because your bill is excessively high, you start to panic. You start looking for signs of water, anywhere and everywhere! It just so happens, that's what we just went through 2 weeks ago. We started calling around and searching Google to get quotes and immediate answers, as YOU are probably doing right now. Well, I hope this review gives you some comfort that you can call the family owned business, City Wide Plumbing.
From the moment Danny (Marcos) and his father Enrique arrived, I could tell they cared about my issue and wanted to get it resolved quickly. After all, their reputation rides on the customer service and quality of service they provide. You can tell they're not just punching a clock to get a paycheck.
After diagnosing my leak, the quote they gave me to fix my main water service line was much better than the competition and they started immediately and finished replacing the 70' of water line the following day. The stress of wasting 4 gallons a minute to the dirt was suddenly lifted when the meter stopped spinning uncontrollably. They also spotted some minor valve issues and addressed them at no charge as well. I can't say they'd do the same for you, but treating them like trained professionals, goes a long way. I will definitely call them again, if needed, and I highly recommend them. I want to thank everyone at City Wide Plumbing again for providing excellent service and giving us back our piece of mind.

I had a big leak underground from the pipe that leads from my house to the street and another to my irrigation. Marcos and his team were AMAZING. Quick response time, fair pricing and from an esthetic point it looks like the landscaping hadn't been touched! I would definitely recommend and will use them again for plumbing services.

Back up started happening in both bathrooms in tub and shower, toilets would not flush, I called them at 10pm Sunday night and Marcos came and fixed the issue that night without hesitation, and both bathrooms were usable, he also came the next day to replace a rusted out drain in my yard with holes in it which caused the problem in the 1st place, they had to move decorating rocks, dig down deep to get the whole pipe, and left it like work had never been done, heck it looked better after the work than before, he and his workmen were really nice and helpful with all my questions, and his fees were agreeable, No hidden charges at all, I’m putting the company’s phone number in my phone to call again if I need any further plumbing done

When our main water line broke, I had multiple companies come out to give recommendations and quotes. Jesus Gonzalez was by far the most professional of the group and was one of the few willing to tunnel under the existing walkway to avoid damaging our front yard further than necessary. Although his quote was not the lowest, I felt most confident in his knowledge and abilities. He did not disappoint!!!
Jesus, with his team including Adolfo and Alberto, needed to lift artificial turf, trough through the hard ground, tunnel under the walkways, bring the new insulated pipe through the wall and ceiling of the garage, and make everything work. Adolfo even helped me move landscaping rock, dig up, and save young bushes that were in the path and would have otherwise been destroyed. (He actually did most of the work.)
While I fully expected a mess of work site, I was amazed at how neat Jesus and his team kept everything while they labored in the heat. They even carefully handled the garage cabinets and contents that needed to be moved. One moved cabinet was loaded with glass items, a few of those very antique! They painstakingly placed each item in a safe central location. No breakage! They worked with precision and genuine care for our property!
I have already recommended City Wide Plumbing to others who would listen. I am so impressed with Jesus and his team, Adolfo and Alberto that I am still in awe.

Came home to a note left by our landscapers that we had an outdoor irrigation pipe burst and to call for repair. They turned off our water at the street so we came home to no water as well. The landscaper’s office was closed for the day….luckily I got a hold of Marcos and his staff. Marcos came out quickly to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Frank and Joey came over to complete the repairs. Frank and Joey were friendly, professional, and efficient. We would recommend City Wide Plumbing LLC to others for their plumbing needs and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Wow! Fast, on time, professional, I will definitely call City Wide for my next plumbing issue, and also recommend them-I had a big job right before Thanksgiving and they delivered! Other plumbing companies wanted hundreds to come out and give me an estimate, which City Wide did for free!

Had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Eve and googled plumbers. Based on reviews we called City Wide Plumbing. We asked for an estimate for snaking a main drain and we’re told they couldn’t give one because so many other things could happen. That should have been a sign. Came in a timely manner but with in minutes and talking to their supervisor gave us an estimate of $1200 to snake the drain but it included pictures like that was supposed to be a great perk. We said no that was way to much. They called supervisor again and came back with ok we can just flush it for $600. We again said no it was way too much. We then asked for their supervisors name so we had all the pertinent information to put on our review about this company trying to take extreme advantage of our plumbing emergency on Christmas Eve and were told that they couldn’t give out that information. About 10 minutes after plumbers left we got a call from somebody named Peter who haggled with us until they came down to $400 which was still a ridiculous amount for what they did but we were stuck which they knew and took advantage of. They did come back in a timely manner and efficiently took care of situation. It appears they have good reviews which is confusing but we will definitely not use again or refer anyone to this business

We had City Wide Plumbing come out to our house to give us an estimate to run a new sewer line. We got estimates from a few companies and City Wide was one of the companies to give us the best price. They also have us a great price on replacing our main water line. We felt that they presented themselves the best so we hired them for the job. They started the job the very next day and got the job done in a very timely manner. The whole crew was very polite and courteous through the whole process. They were very informative every step of the way. They also did a great job at putting our yard and landscaping back together when they were done. We will definitely use them again for our next plumbing problem.

Moved into a house and first flush flooded every drain. Coty Plumbing responded right away. We had a huge problem but they got us to a happy place right away.

For the past 3 months I noticed that my water bill was slowly increasing. I had Marcos and his team come out to do a leak detection. The same morning that I spoke to him, he had a tech on his way to my home to check it out.
The tech determined that my leak was coming from the main line itself. After discussing a very fair price, I agreed to do the work and asked how soon they could start. Well an hour later his team came by and started the work. They were finished in one day. Very clean about everything they did. All of the landscaping that had to be removed was put onto tarps so the dirt didn't mix with the rocks etc.
Overall a solid company and I will use them going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

When our handyman failed to complete the installation of two bathroom faucets, City Wide Plumbing responded promptly and their technicians, Frank and Jonathan, expertly completed the job. Both technicians were professional, courteous and sincerely thanked my wife and I for giving City Wide an opportunity to be of service. Kudos to Frank, Jonathan for a job well done......at a very reasonable price.

My mother suffers from dementia issues, and I informed the City Wide appointment maker regarding her condition. As such, I wanted to be there when the estimator arrived for a bid on an isolated hot water slab leak.

The estimator ran hours late (and I could not be present), and finally upon arriving, he walked through the entire house and wrote a bid to replace ALL the supply pipes for nearly $25,000! It’s a slab leak! Never gave an estimate to repair the slab leak, nor replied to my text message regarding the estimate.

Incredibly dishonest and unethical in attempting to steal from the elderly with diminished mental faculties by proposing unnecessary work, and that should be criminal! Obviously, I had repairs made by a far more honest plumbing firm for less than 1/10th of what City Wide proposed!

Avoid this company!

UPDATE: City Wide's Management contacted me (twice) regarding my review and apologized profusely for what they said was a mistake by a very inexperienced estimator. They were extremely patient with me, as I admittedly went on my own rant, explaining how my mother had already been taken by a different plumbing company (not City Wide) from a simple kitchen sink leak repair turned into an unnecessary $12,000 on-demand, tankless hot water system. They appeared understanding of my anger, as to how I viewed their bid in the same light as the other plumbing company.

Therefore, I have changed my 1-star rating to a 3-star, as honestly, that level of inexperience estimators shouldn't be making bids. I would consider using them in the future, especially given their willing to make things right with me in the last two days.

Everyone was great! Knowledgeable and friendly. Dug my yard up to find and fix the leak and put it back together like it never happened!!

Danny was great. We bought a home and we were calling around for someone to get out to fix the water heater that we knew was not working. City wide was the first company to actually say we can be there tomorrow. Which is the kind of attentiveness I needed. They diagnosed our problems and resolved them in a speedy matter at a reasonable price. I recommend them!

Did show up just not to perform anything, did not even let me know and they did not even let me know how did appointment go, and they sent me a message pretending to be done and requesting 375 dollars a ridiculous joke now I have to find someone else to cover this emergency don’t loose you time their reviews are fake for sure

Other than being a tad late, which they did call about, the crew did an excellent job. They had to dig new water line from my water meter to my house shutoff because of the old line leaking. They removed my rock decor for the yard and went to work. All three of the guys were very courteous, dedicated to doing a great job and answered any questions I had and at what I think was a very fair price. Also recommended I change a second line to my irrigation that was of the same material that was leaking, which they did.

Since this was an emergency sewer issue, the company managed to have a team come out several hours earlier than the scheduled time. They cleared the sewer line but had to come back with a camera. They came back wtihin one hour, took the video, and the company will write up the report and recommendations. Great service and excellent response from the supervisor at the office. They will be doing the major repair.

The quality of service received from City Wide is unmatched to any other I have experienced. The professionalism, knowledge, as well as response time was very impressive. I had an emergency in one of my communities , and it was after hours. Not only was I immediately able to speak with a representative, but the response time was very much appreciated. Technician arrived on time. Probed drain line with auger. Discovered blockage location. Called in additional crew and equipment for high pressure blast out, and re-probed drain line again with camera. Standing water at low point, but camera indicated blockage removed. Avoided major removal of flooring to inspect and repair the drain line to detect the problem. Advised how to avoid future blockages from forming. Great, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable technician!

Citywide plumbing is the best! Marcos and his guys are knowledgeable and will get the job done right. They did all the plumbing for my $200k+ high-end residential remodel project, and the work is flawless. Anytime a problem arose, Citywide was on the ball. When the jobsite got very dirty (from the other trades), he actually sent 6 of his guys over FREE of charge to help dispose of the construction debris into a dumpster for me. They actually cleaned up after the other trades because they could see I was stressed, some serious customer appreciation! If your job is big or small, give these guys a call, they are awesome!

The pipes in our home had been clogged for over two weeks causing raw sewage to leak into the front yard. Another plumbing company was sent by our Warranty plan provider to fix our problem on two separate occasions but they were unsuccessful. On June 9th we were notified that City Wide Plumbing was now assigned to address the situation. We received confirmation they would arrive around 2-2:15p and they were here just at that time. The crew were polite, so patient, and they worked diligently to figure out what our issue was while explaining every step. They resolved the matter in just under 1.5 hours. My family is so grateful for City Wide Plumbing because they were able to do in one visit what the other company couldn't do in (2) separate 2 hour attempts without resolution. They even did the cleanup protocol the Health Department requested. I highly recommend booking them for any of your plumbing needs. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars for the great job they did!

Very happy with the response and service supplied by City Wide Plumbing. Replaced the water main to the house the same day they came out for service. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day. Had to dig up the yard to replace the main and when they were finished you could hardy tell it had been dug up. Marcos was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them in the future and will use them again.

City wide plumbing did a repipe of my entire water system in my house due to a slab water leak I could not find. They ran new pex water lines from the street, to the attic and into every bathroom (5 bathrooms) and kitchen, laundry, hot water heater with new angle stops. A BIG job. Required a bunch of drywall and stucco cutting, which they repaired, and did a great job on the repairs ( I had to do the painting). They were neat and clean as they could be by covering with paper and plastic. But when one cuts drywall there is always a big clean up of drywall dust!! It took us a week to clean and paint. Peter was my main contact and he was great (thanks Peter!). Very responsive, professional, and easy to contact. I highly recommend them.

Danny and his guys were awesome! Danny arrived early for my estimate and provided a reasonable estimate to fix my main water line leak. As a single women dealing with big issues like this, it can be overwhelming and stressful. I appreciate the patience and consideration that was shown and all of my concerns were addressed. George and Alberto are the dream team. They changed the water line from meter to house and sprinkler with minimal disturbance on our landscaping as we had pebble stones, grass and pavers. City Wide plumbing sent a landscaper when work was done plus a handyman to put back the wall they opened for the repair. The other company said we were on our own after repair. Kudos to their team!

We had a leak in the pipes from house to the street. They were the only plumbing company that checked to be sure the leak was not our sprinkler system. They also were the only company that stated on the contract that they would repair everything they had to remove in order to replace the pipes. They also suggested a repair that was less invasive to the house. They left the landscaping looking like they had never moved anything and had drywall repaired the next day. Couldn't say it was a good value because I really don't know. It was an expensive repair though but in the ballpark of the other companies that gave an estimate.

All he did was turn on the water heater for 228 dollars-insane

I contacted Citywide Plumbing through HomeAdvisor on Monday afternoon. They came out within the hour and gave me an estimate (less than 1/2 of what other guys were quoting) to replace our main water line in our front yard. Marcos and his team came out the next morning and finished the job in 6 hours! They did a great job and we will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs.

I woke up and all three of the toilets in my house weren’t working. I called City Wide Plumbing and they had a technician (Joey) out to my house in less than 2-hours. Joey explained everything that was going on with our plumbing and did not try to upsell me in any way. Great service, I would highly recommend using them.

I initially contacted Citywide because I really liked their website. They offered same day free estimates! I called and spoke with Carla. She was so friendly and courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I explained I may have a problem with the angle stop underneath my kitchen sink. I shot her a few pics to her cell. Before you know it I received a professional text message from Danny Sanchez he said he would be here within a 2 hour window. Danny came in wearing a mask and checked my issue. Thankfully there was no problem at all. I was so appreciative for his honesty and integrity. No charge!

Re- plumbed entire house! Would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing. It wasn't a perfect process, quite painful at times. No water for 4 days. This was a huge job! Around 15 days, actually. The guys said it was their hardest house and one not to be forgotten, lol. They gave it their all, 110% of their heart, soul, sweat (possible tears, haha). I know I shed a couple. This is a custom house with more difficult walls, etc ( I don't know all technical terms). They all worked tirelessly ( late into evening, even) to get the job done. They did it with smiles, professionalism, care and compassion. Peter, Frank, Jonny, Alberto, JC were respectful, dependable and always answered our calls ( my husband is a home inspector and drilled them with questions, unmercillesly). They accommodated anything we asked. The drywall guy Kristian was an absolute pleasure, also. Appreciated the cleanup that was sent at no extra charge. There was an inch of dust coated on absolutely everything. There were 47 holes drilled into walls inside house, 5 in garage and numerous ones in stucco outside around hose bibs, etc. They gave us such a fair reasonable price, we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for all you did and all the employees at City Wide for a decent experience in an impossible situation ( as far as I was concerned) . Keep up the good work and continued success to you all !

I was robbed by your company guy named Marcos or danny knocked on my door gave me his opinion and charged me $180 he never once tried to fix my problem. He never took equipment out to help nothing.

We received a reverse osmosis water filter for a housewarming gift. We were in the process of moving in so I wasn’t going to attempt to put this in anytime soon. I called City Wide Plumbing. The plumber inspected the plumbing and installed the RO system in no time. During the install he found a leaky fitting and replaced it. When he was done, I couldn’t even tell he had been here, except for the new faucet. Very courteous and professional. Job well done!

Frank Angeles was my service tech. Very professional, personal, and dedicated to his profession. He went above and beyond to assure everything was properly working. In the bath tub, in a small place it was obvious he knew what he was doing and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He even had skipped lunch, I ask so a chocolate chip cookie and a root beer carried him through the end. He also cleaned up his mess and my tub. First time using this company. Noticed many 5 star reviews so I decided to call them for a small job. They not only were prompt but arrived even 15 min early. We were impressed and completed the job in no time..

Being retired from working the trades at 70, I knew that the crack in the concrete came from ground settlement and the sewer line was under the crack. One plumbing company ran camera and recommended whole house jetting another company ran camera showing me the problem 20 or 30 feet from where I knew the problem was, both fishing for dollars. Marcos from City Wide Plumbing came marked the problem under the crack quoted a one day job at about 1/2 the cost and did exactly what he quoted. Reroute main water supply line (following notification from So NV Water District that we were having high water usage). Because we had extensive landscaping on our property, Marcos recommended rerouting the system which was exactly what we anticipated. The company was most professional and came to our property the morning we called. After replacing an old control valve in our garage, they accurately diagnosed the problem, began the job that morning and completed the entire project as planned in two days. Our water was only off for a short period of time while making the new connections which was also a plus. The entire crew that did the work, including Jesus and Alberto, were most professional throughout the project. Based on the extent of work needed and performed, we were very pleased with the cost estimate... a very professional company and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you need quality and responsive professionals. I thought I had a busted pipe in my wall where the spigot in my backyard is. Not only did Johnathan and Juan Carlos call before arriving, they arrived on time. They were professional and fixed my problem ASAP. Turns out something was just loose and they were kind enough to fix it and to tell me that in way that didn't make me feel stupid and I was not charged a service fee of any kind. I had a toilet issue where I needed the whole inside of my tank replaced again from a previous plumbing company that over charged & left a mess. City Wide Plumbing was professional, clean & in & out in no time. They didn't take forever to get to the job. Nor did they leave a mess or dump stuff out in my front yard. I will for sure use them in the future.

I hired Citywide plumbing to help me with my master bathroom remodeling. They did a great job relocating the tub drain and canceling out the old shower valves,drains. They also relocated the new valves and installed a rainhead connection.
I would recommend Citywide plumbing and will call them again.

These guys are responsive and arrived within the time frame posted on my phone. A picture of my technician and his name was provided so I knew who he was before he arrived. Repaired water leak under the home by repiping through the attic. Work was done well with no further leaks. Did not get a complete set of pictures of the work in progress for the insurance and no mitigation person showed following the completed work to determine if I had any residual water damage that I needed for my insurance company. Overall the work by the contractors was well done. thumbs up to them. High five to the grout person who came early to finish the grout work before I left town.

So Glad I found these guys... We had a tree in our front yard that was growing like crazy. It was a beautiful tree. We found out why it was growing so well Christmas day when all of our toilets backed up in the house... I cant begin to describe how bad it was.

I called 5 other guys who told me they could have someone out the next day but that didn't help me . Finally I called City Wide and they had a truck at my house in 45 minutes... turns out the tree had rooted into the sewer line and had been leaching off of it for years. Finally the line was just destroyed.

The guys at City Wide were very professional and walked me through the entire system bit by bit and let me choose what to fix and what not. I think for the work they did the bill was VERY reasonable especially for the circumstance. I never felt I was being taken advantage of and I always felt these guys were on top of things.

They replaced the main water line to my house. They showed up on time ready to tackle the problem. They were professional, had the right equipment and were very knowledgeable. They immediately assessed the problem and got straight to work. Within only a couple of hours they had solved my plumbing problem. This is a no brainer, If you have a plumbing problem, do yourself right by calling City Wide Plumbing first. They are an exceptional answer to any plumbing problem. On November 18th, 2019 made an appointment with this company to have a plumber give me an estimate to install two tub/shower fixtures. Scheduler set the appointment for between 3-4 pm on the 18th. At 5p I contacted the office and informed them that the plumber had not shown up for the appointment. The scheduler informed me that the plumber got delayed on another job, but that he would be out again on the 18th between 7:30-8:30p. Apparently the plumber didn't have the common sense to call the customer and let them know he wouldn't be able to keep the first scheduled appointment.
Needless to say the plumber did not show up for the second appointment either (No surprise there !) . Again the plumber did not have the brains, or common courtesy to call and let the customer know he was, once again not able to keep the scheduled appointment.
How do you stay in business when you can't even keep not one appointment, but two in the same day? You should be embarrassed, and if you aren't, I am for you! If you have an employee that can't even keep an appointment (or two), and doesn't have the brains to contacted the customer to let them know he will have to reschedule, it begs the question; what quality of plumbing work are you going to get from this plumber?????

I called them they came out same day. We ended up needing to have the system Hydro Jetted then they run a camera down the system to verify that the system was cleaned or if there was any other issues. They found roots had punctured through the pipe not i 1 but 2 different places. So now it can be fixed properly!!! The last people that came out just ran snake through the line which did allow the drain to work for another 6 months. But it didn't fix the problem!

Quick response and very reliable

Danny was very polite, nice and knew exactly what he needed to get the job done. Not only did he replace the Pressure Reducing Value to the main water line he also replaced the outside hydrant and was finished in record time. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong but I would call this Plumber back for any other plumbing problem that may happen.

Moreover Danny also fixing all the holes in walls etc after he finishes his work which is also something that other companies do not provide, instead they told me that regardless how many holes they open, it is my responsibility to fix all the mess they are leaving behind. Eric responded to our service call and I don’t have any words to express how happy I was with his service. For years we had issues with the sewer/pipes and our landlord kept blaming us for it. I called Danny at 6:30 PM on Friday asking for help with a busted water heater. He came out quickly to look at what the issue was, shut down the necessary inputs to avoid further waste, and came out early in the morning with a name brand water heater. He removed the old system and got the new one installed in about 90 minutes. I can't say enough about his hard work. We have hot water again!

Great price and amazing job!!! I had a main water line leaking underground between the water meter and the house. I called City Wide Plumbing and Marcos was at my house in less that 10 minutes to check it out and give me a quote. He also noticed that the last homeowner had the water softener installed wrong and in the wrong place. He was very professional and personable. He gave me a great price and was back to fix the problems on the very next Saturday which worked best for me. Marcos and Enrique did the job with great quality, fast and very neat and left everything completely cleaned up when finished. Like there was never even a problem. After 3 months I was able to view the final product. It was a disgrace. I noticed a wet spot around where the work was done. So I called them for a check and àlso noticed the meter at the street showing a slow leak. Then the lvvwd happened to stop buy as well and confirmed a slow leak. Long story short the leak looked like it was coming from the under the house where they had replaced an original pipe. Had a conversation with the service man and he called his supervisor who told them they had done no work under the house. I blew a gasket told him I have the estimates to show so as well as receipt to show. Then the service man Said he was leaving. I told him not to leave and was calling the office and asking to speak with the owner. Also told him it didn't get resolved why he was here I would be on contact 13 that day in the evening telling everyone about it. The service person did so the necessary review under the crawl space of the house to determine there was no leaking on the work they performed or any other pipes. I thanked him and told him I was sorry for blowing up but didn't appreciate being called a liar. Needless to say I will never use citywide for anything ever again nor do I recommend that you use them either based on this experience and being called a liar. Very unprofessional to say the least if not downright illegal.
