Hired this company at $150 an hour to install faucets in a vanity, install a toilet, shower trim, and steam shower head. I said I'd get the toilet, but plumber said he'd do it. Charged me high retail for the toilet, and an extra 300 in labor to go get the toilet. Not happy about 150 an hour to drive. Never again.

Sorry, I just don't think charging 700.00 for a 280.00 toilet with installation is fair or reasonable. (4 hours of actual plumbing work came out to 1500 with the toilet, 3 angle stops, a gate valve and a pressure valve).

First time and last time with you guys. I still expect integrity from those I spend money with.

Oh my gosh! This was the most amazing service we could have ever received, especially on a Saturday at 4:00 pm. We had a leaking faucet.They quoted a price and kept to the quote even though the job became a little more tricky. I will forever recommend this company! Thank you PB Plumbing.

I had a good experience with PB Plumbing. My old water heater had seen its day and needed replacement. Paul came out and gave me a quote that I thought was fair. It was lower than others. The old w/h was in a small space which complicated matters somewhat. Paul removed the old w/h and installed and
replumbed the new one. He did professional work in a timely manner. I will continue to use PB Plumbing and recommend them to others.

After a freeze and thaw at my mountain cabin I had leaks under my sink and the.outside faucet. PB was quick to respond and did a great job.

Paul did a great job helping fix our leak. He even dig through snow and mud in cold snowy conditions. He did great work and would happily recommend.

I will hands down use no other plumber than Paul with PB Plumbing - first honest, reliable, and reasonable plumber I have had look at the issues in my home since I bought this house 8 years ago - have had nothing but issues with plumbers - Paul was on time, reasonable in price for items needing to be fixed (some of which were made worse by previous plumbers) and fixed same day - no hassles!

We contacted PB Plumbing on a Sunday when we were having issues with our current plumber who seemed to be doing everything wrong on our remodel. PB Plumbing asked us to text over photos and describe the work needed. We did, got a quick response and he came out the next day, on time, worked hard for 5 hours and was able to get everything repaired. We were so happy with Paul and the responsiveness of his business. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to other people.

Few months back I got a leak in my front yard sprinklers area. Paul from PB Plumbing was super professional with diagnostic my problem and finding solutions to fix this. He even help me with wiring the sprinklers system. Highly recommended and great to work with. Five star service.

I hired PB plumbing to install a new water heater and couldn’t be happier. I do have to say I have an old house which presents a whole set of difficulties. I can’t say enough about how good of a job he did. Everything from the install to the removal of the old tank (which was in a very tight spot.) I messaged about 2:15 to get a quote, he said he could be over between 2:30 and 3:30 that day. He arrive by 3:00 did an inspection made a quote (which was very reasonable and by 3:45 started working. Before he started he let me know he might not be able to finish that night. He was able to get the old leaking water heater out and put the new one in but not the gas. Which I was fine with, i had cold water but i didn’t have hot but at least I didn’t have a leaking water heater causing more damage. He said he should be able to come Wednesday at 8 am. He showed up on time and got right to work. He Finished the install cleaned up and was done by 12:30. He advised me on some problems with my plumbing in a good heads up way and definitely not an upsale kind of way.

If you take nothing else from this review take this… within less than 46 hours of me initially contacting him he was done and at a very affordable price.
He is a hard worker with great communication .

I had a new water line added for my fridge so that the ice maker and filtered water would run. The plumber showed up on time, gave me a quote on the work, and offered to take care of the service right away. The plumber gave descriptions of the new parts that would be installed and what some options were for parts along with his recommendation.

In all, I found the service to be quick and informative. I would reach out to them again.

I hired PB to install a water heater and plumb in a line for a glass dryer. The price was fair and accurate. On time arrival for the project was appreciated. Work was clean and professionally done. I recommend PB and will hire again.

Fast response to repair the broken water pipe. It is a 1910 house, so it was a challenge to replace the old water pipes in a very small crawl space. Paul did a great job for a reasonable price. He is courteous, knowledgeable, cleans up afterwards, and definitely not afraid of a challenge!!

Our water heater died unexpectedly (don’t they all) and Paul was able to come out around 30 minutes after I called. He was friendly and did a great job replacing our water heater. He then made sure all the faucets worked and when a few of our sink valves got super clogged from rusty pipes, he was able to replace those at the same visit. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be calling PB plumbing again should we need a plumber.

Great service. Very fast and quality work. We have had a person come and install plumbing system in our current home but this company we hired installed our later kitchen remodel and our garage remodel plumbing. Two very different experiences. Paul came did it so fast, nothing to compare the last guys. I would highly recommend this company and the work he does. He respected my home and cleaned up after himself. He asked me how I wanted everything and gave me alternative options because the vent for the sinks could not go through the ceiling because we have a second floor there. Great service is all I could say.
