I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Install bath tub drain :On May 22, 2021 I had originally called Creggor because the sump pump had stopped working. When Chris and Marie arrive I explained how I troubleshooted the issue and we both ended up resolving the issue. While they were there I had inquired about Installing bath tub drain stopper. They were so nice enough to take the time to do the install. Chris and Marie customer service was excellent and both were pleasant and offered some good tips on additional questions I had. It was a bit pricey however as usual the service was great. I highly recommend them.

Home Service was contracted through my home warranty company to repair a faucet. The repairman was nice, professional, and explained what was going on. He even gave me tips for how to identify parts if I needed future repair and explained the mechanisms within the faucet. Very satisfied.

Hips answered my call and was able to send someone same day who was also able to fix the problem. We had a leak and could not use our water heater so we were so thankful they were so fast and efficient. I called 3 other companies and Hips was the only one that answered phone on first call and was willing to send someone same day. Each person from Hips, scheduler and plumber, I spoke to was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also immediately answered my call post service about a question I had and got right back to me with the answer from the the plumber. They did excellent work and we are so thankful we chose to use them. I highly recommend this company and will call them for all future plumbing needs. Thank you for doing a great job!!

Had an appointment time they were a no-call no-show. Attempted to call and leave a voicemail along with text message. Got no response back.

George and Maddox Plumbing Services were great. This was our second time using them, and both times have been 5 star. He promptly discovered and fixed the leak in our basement wall as needed, and all was completed at a fair price. Dispatch person was also super helpful and friendly, and got a plumber to us ASAP.

Fixed a frozen/burst pipe that was in a tricky location in the wall. Professional and fast. Highly recommend!
