Good communication, answered all my questions, and install was easy and fast. They only use high quality water heaters too (not what you find at Lowe's or home depot)...after they left, I noticed a small gas smell from the gas valve (our valve, not one they installed), so I contacted them again and within a few days, I had a tech over to fix the small leak. No extra charge. Now THAT is how you take care of your customers! The technician who came out was great. Highly recommend Einstein Plumbing for your hot water install.

My 20+ year old water heater burst in the morning. I knew that old heater was just about dead but procrastinated about replacing it. I called Einstein Plumbing and they were able to get someone out by mid-afternoon and finished the whole job by 5:30. Blazing fast service! The plumber was professional, neat, informative, friendly and quick. I love my pretty new water heater and will call Einstein for some follow up work on my other plumbing problems.

Can’t say enough about these guys! Water heater stopped working overnight and woke up to a cold shower. I had no idea what to expect but they had a super reasonable quote (called around for other estimates, they were most affordable.) they got someone out same day and we’re able to finish the repair so I could take a hot shower that night! Prolly need to replace the water heater sometime down the road and I will be calling these guys for their expertise on installing a new one. Excellent customer service all around!

We came home from vacation to our hot water heater leaking everywhere. I called Einstein Plumbing and they were here within a few hours even though it was the weekend. Great service from beginning to end.
