When my tenants moved out last year, the place was a frightening mess. I hired Marco to redo the bathroom but after seeing what a lovely job he had done I let him finish the rest of the apartment. He made the whole place look great and he did it in a timely fashion and I felt he charged me very fairly. I just hired him to do the downstairs apartment and I have total confidence that it will look as good as the one upstairs.
