I contacted this company because of a clogged kitchen sink and water leaking from my dishwasher. He responded back in minutes and was able to come out the same day. He figured out the issue was a clogged pipe in my basement. He went to pick up the parts I needed, installed everything and got my sink unclogged and my dishwasher to stop leaking all within a few hours. Reliable service. He gave me a very reasonable price and was very honest and friendly. He took time out to explain the issues and how to prevent any future problems. We had a leaky downstairs ceiling and not sure where the problem was. Ed came by and told us he can identify and fix the leak in 3 hours. He got the job done in 2.5 hours! What impressed us the most was his technical skills, speed and professionalism. Ed is excellent at communicating to us the various tests he will do to identify the problem and how he's going to fix the problem. I was curious and wanted to watch him work, but did not want to get in the way. Not only was he totally okay with that, he explained each step as he was working away. Another amazing quality about Ed is that he keeps his workspace super clean. There was no need for me to do any cleanup. Highly, highly recommend!! His pricing is very reasonable. In fact, we loved him so much, he ended up coming back for a second visit and helped us fix a leaky toilet, caulking for our bath tub, and more! By the way, the caulking looks so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it each time I enter that bathroom. This is the first time I felt so strongly about a job well done that I want to share it with our community.

We phoned on a Friday night to have someone come on Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM for an urgent job (we had to turn off the water to the house and were without any water overnight). The woman who answered was courteous, handling my wife (who was a bit grumpy without any water) very nicely.
They phoned us at 9:45 on Saturday morning to say the guy was near. Thomas was great, did the job promptly and thoroughly. We had phoned many of the ads in the yellow pages book (remember them?), and nearly all were disconnected. I was a little reluctant to call the ad that was an actual sticker on the front of the yellow pages book. It turned out to be Economy Plumbing.
So, we were as satisfied with the job as we would want to be. Great service and we will probably keep these guys in mind for any future plumbing disasters.

The main water line to our house broke. Brandon came and did a great job assessing the issue and getting it promptly fixed. Very happy with their service.

I'd endorse this business. When scheduling my appointment, Candy was detail-oriented and she confirmed details regarding my trouble and personal information in order to avoid an error. She was prompt and seemed competent at her job. Jake is a extremely competent technician. He came at my house at the beginning of my scheduled appointment window. He was informative and up-front about the cost for my repair, and seemed very knowledgeable about the situation I was experiencing. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative with how clean he left my home when he left. I would definitely recommend him.
