Johnny came to our house very punctually.After he checked the problem with our washer drain. He give us a reasonable price and had the job done quickly.Will ask him again if we have any other problem in the future.

SouthBay Plumbers Inc, was very helpful to my Grandmother. Her drain was clogged, we called them and was scheduled that day. They even called her earlier then their scheduled time. Tommy arrived with his assistant, Angel they both had a company shirt on, which these days you need to watch out. They found the problem, unclogged the drain. Also, showed her how to clean her garbage disposal for monthly cleaning. Thank you for your rooter service.

3/18/2021 - I've contact them again asking for a receipt. No one seems to know who I originally talked with. All they say is they'll have to get the manager to call me back. No one has called me back. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM SO YOU CAN AVOID THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS SO-CALLED PLUMBING COMPANY.

Phone and text contact only.. 3/6/2021 estimate was $350, they charged $760. When I asked the service guy for a receipt, he said My boss will send it to you in about 30 minutes.. After many texts, a man called me and agreed to bring me a receipt and $300. After not receiving anything, I texted them again. The response was from the worker who asked if he could have more time to get me the money. It was apparent that they have not intention of providing me with a receipt OR the promised $300. They don't have a company name, the guy on the phone says he says there is no company because he's just a vendor. People that contact him requesting services, not just for plumbing, and he dispatches people. When I asked for a Contractor's License he said he had one but wouldn't give it to me. IF YOU LOOK UP SAN JOSE PLUMBERS THAT COMPANY IS NOT LISTED IN THE CALIFORNIA STATE LICENSE BOARD.

4/16/2021 UPDATE - WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTRACTOR'S STATE LICENSE BOARD INFORMATION. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF CUPERTINO IF CHARGES ARE OVER $500 - THEY CHARGED ME $760 ON MARCH 6, 2021 - I STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THEIR WORK. MY RECOMMENDATION....... ****BEFORE YOU PAY THEM**** ASK FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE, ASK THEM FOR A WRITTEN, ITEMIZED RECEIPT.

I called regarding water drain problem from my dishwasher and water back up coming from the air gap. I called in the morning and Ted’s plumbing was able to book a technician to come right away. Frank came right in time, very respectful and explained to me his assessment of the problem. He fixed the clogged drain and in an hour the work was done and the problem was fixed. I will definitely call Ted’s Plumbing again and request for Frank for other home plumbing issues!

CK was a very straight forward guy. He quickly responded to my messages and came over to take a look.

Price is not the lowest but competitive and he really worked hard on our old 70 yr old house sewer which I don't know if it's ever been cleaned.

Update : Also had Tai replace the PRV. Pressure around the house is now excellent!
