Horrible horrible service and completely overprice and awful policy. Sending out a plumber even to turn off the water is $180 for 10 min of labor. And they charge one another $180 for the return trip to turn the water back on. The customer service is the worst - no patience and not at customer centric. Would not use them if possible — unfortunately they’re contracted by my condo.

The worse service I received. They could not fix my water leak under the kitchen sink besides they charge per employee when the employees leaves his house. Crazy. The customer service is awful.

I want to acknowledge an Aquatek worker by the name of AJ. He was very professional and effective in performing his job. He came out on a weekend emergency basis to help with a outdoor drain problem. He came to our door to let us know that he was here to assess our drain problem. He listened to my description of the problem. He met me at the drain so I could show him the issue. He agreed that it was a sump pump float problem. Finally, he said he would submit a report to my HOA which would include a recommendation for a new float. I really appreciated that he didn't just assume that this was a routine drain clearing like his predecessors had done earlier in the week.

Horrible company. No communication, no shows and poor attitude. I had to keep hunting them down after a no show and being told I was going to be called back to come fix the problem in my kitchen sink. Problem went unresolved after paying the copay through my landlord's insurance company. Inexcusable and unprofessional! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

Had a no show. We're required to use Aquatek by our HOA. Had an hour window appointment. They called during the appointment window to tell me they had to reschedule.

Arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. The technician was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the work he did looks great. Feels like a win. The total cost for parts and labor through Aquatek was less than half of what other companies were asking. Crazy industry.

This company might be a plumbing company but they are not a HVAC. DO not hire them for your boiler room pump or boilers. They are inept and totally unqualified. I have an invoice from them for work not done and they insist to get paid when their own invoice explains they own lack of knowledge. We brought a real HVAC company right after them and the problem with our pump was fixed by visiting tech and there was no need for a new pump. Do NOT recommend them.

They showed up on time. Did the underground job that needed to be done that the HOA said was not their responsibility. The bill was a little higher than I had expected, the parts are marked up quite a bit.

This is the company my homeowners association uses for repairs. Our notice said water would turn off from 9:00 to 1:00 It's still off after 4:00. I learned they didn't even start or turn it off till 3:00 p.m.. I called them to find out when it would be back on and their pat answer was 'when the job is finished.' I explained I was looking for a timeline so I could know when to expect to have water. I was told to call my homeowners association the only problem is they told me to call AquaTech which makes sense since they're the ones that are doing the job and know how the job is going and how long it's going to take. Don't give them your business I'm going to encourage my homeowners association to get a new plumbing service.

Company services manufactured home but highly do not recommend to use! they quoted over $2000.00 to replace our water heater and then on too charged me a service fee of $175 which basically was the over price quote of words out of the services mouth this is disgusting that a company is price gouging people for a basic fix to a water heater replacement! I went with them again because they fixed my last one and now pricing has gone to an extreme during a freaking pandemic. I also was not advised of the service charge when. I called. THE SERVICE FEE IS CHARGED IF YOU DONT DO A SERVICE WITH THEM BUT IF YOU TAKE THE SERVICE WITH THEM THEY DONT CHARGE THE $175.

I'm a ServPro Franchise working with local ServPro's in San Francisco aiding them with services. We have quite a bit of work require plumbing services and this company refused to on work with us because we were coordinating activities from our local office. I explained that my team was local and we can pay with a Credit Card over the phone or on site once services were rendered and they still told us no and gave some bogus excuses. Terrible service would not recommend to other business or clients.

Used this company because it was recommended by an acquaintance. It was not the cheapest but I went by the recommendation.
Too bad did not check their yelp reviews first.
I had a leaking dishwasher. It started leaking again in 2 months and I called back. The company refused to fix it or at least give me a discount. The technician did not write the report properly, he did not write what my actual problem was, just some unclear steps. The technician no longer worked there either, looks like the company does not treat either customers or their employees right.

Bad ppl so unprofessional and cheats. You charged me like i'm a millionaire. The tech guy comes late and charges me for no time of his here..I helped him since he was a Sr. guy. But the company has crooks and the lady called Mary was arguing about it the whole time. She was like why should we charge less why should we this and that. Never going back with them again. Did not tell me that it would take 5 hrs for the work and the cost around??

We needed an under-slab leaking pipe bypass. The guy came out and looked over our situation. We waited 3 or 4 days and had to call about the estimate. He said they needed a pipe locate ($425) to do an estimate. We paid the price and got the locate. But no further word from AquaTek, even after phone calls and emails. Out $425 for nothing.

Plumber charged for time he wasn't working including 25 minutes to write up the charges. Didn't flush line, so caused debris to plug faucet and then charged me for time to fix that problem he caused. Broke fitting using wrong tool and then charged me to fix that problem he caused.

I believe this company, Aquatek Plumbing San Jose, CA, overcharges significantly for an average job they do, to the point that I consider them not being ethical. In my case, my contact was very arrogant, difficult to work with, answered e-mail fine, but not the phone messages. I chose Aquatek Plumbing only because the HOA had them do the video scanning of the sewer line starting on my property and continuing through common area (I had paid half of the video cost). The job I gave Aquatek Plumbing was to repair three feet sewer line, on my property in San Jose, CA, which was damaged by tree roots. In my opinion, after they do the video, they overcharge significantly to do the repair job, because, they know if you go to another company the new company may have to do the video scanning again and charge you for it. As a multiple property owner for the past 48 years, I have worked with many service organizations and I have found this company to be unethical, significantly overcharge and be very difficult to work with. I would not recommend them to anyone, including HOAs.

As mentioned in another 1 star review, completely unprofessional guy came pushed button on water heater and stated that all is repaired. But heater is not working, no hot water. Tried to contact phone receptionist and were rudely sent away. I strongly recommend do not use this company, for sake of your time and money.

I recently had some water damage to my apartment caused by an upstairs neighbor. My HOA uses AquaTek. They were called out twice. First, they were called out in response to a leak in the underground garage below my unit, which, after failing to gain entry to my apartment, was ascribed to an overflowing kitchen sink in my unit.

The HOA then sent me a bill for $324 based solely on their plumber's guess. If he'd gone upstairs to check with the upstairs neighbor and actually investigated the issue he was paid $300 to look into, the problem might have been discovered.

The HOA called them out again the following day when I discovered my apartment was soaking wet and so was the hallway. This time, I reported the leak was coming from above my unit and I was home. Nonetheless, their great investigation skills led them to believe my unit was leaking until I spoke with the plumber directly and he decided maybe the second floor might not be a bad place to go.

Even then, though, he didn't seem to do any further investigation. He went upstairs. He came back downstairs and misreported what had happened. I later got the correct report from my upstairs neighbor.

In any case, stay far, far away from these guys. Laziness, incompetence, and baseless guesses seems to be their MO.

In order to unclog the sewage pipe in the apartment above, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling of my apartment. A plumber from their company located the clogged portion using video-camera. I told them how it could be reached from outside. However, first they made two holes in my bathroom and bedroom ceiling far from that place and only after that got outside, cut a hole and fixed the problem. Why did they do it? - I do not know.

This wasn’t an easy fix and was a very very smelly stressful job but I want to say thank you to Alejandro for his determination to fix the problem…within 3 hours he brought my office from a sewage nightmare back to a Spa like environment!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ?? Highly recommended this company and Alejandro in particular !

Worst experience EVER!! See those horrible reviews on Yelp and you will know why. Spent $128 and got nothing done because the plumber didn't have the parts that need to be placed. Sales rep was unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't go for this company because they are gonna let you pay without getting the work done.

Really struggled to get them to pay attention to my request for service. It took them 20 days to get out to my condo and didn't fix anything correctly.

Good plumbers quality work fair prices. Staff here very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff and technicians at Aquatek are outstanding!! They respond super fast and have helped us with some major plumbing issues. I would recommend Aquatek to everyone !

They are working on neighbors apartment but gave no notice that they were going to be banging around the apartment all morning long for the last two days starting around 7:40 am I’m 8 months pregnant and can hardly get any sleep as it is and now have to listen to the banging right on the other side of the wall where I sleep.

One of the best service providers in Adelaide.
