Burr Plumbing & Pumping

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My property manager informed us they would be sending a plumber for our clogged tub. One of the plumbers calls around 8am to say they would be here by 5-6pm, which is extremely unprofessional seeing as their hours say they close at 5. The plumber shows up at 7:15pm, again extremely unprofessional. This review is solely based on the extreme lack of professionalism by this company and am extremely surprised it has 4 stars on google, definitely paid for those reviews because on yelp they have 2.5 stars and that’s way more accurate. I didn’t hire nor call this company and will be letting my landlord know we will not ever be doing business with them again as we had no choice in the matter since our landlord is the one who called these people. Do NOT call this company unless you want them to show up as your cooking dinner. -10/10.

A company told me that my pipes needed to be replaced. He checked my pipes and water pressure. Everything was replaced. I will be using this company for my plumbing needs!!!

Burr Plumbing and Pumping pumped out a major blockage from the back lot creek drain that was flooding and ruining the asphalt parking lot.
