I had Roto Rooter out this past Sunday because my main drain was backed up to the point where water was backing up into my basement and garage. When the guy from Roto Rooter came out he attempted to snake the drain, told us that it was too backed up to do anything about, and then proceeded to tell me that my driveway would have to be dug up for the pipe to be replaced. He told me that it would be 5200 to repair, looked at me and my boyfriend, and asked us how we wanted to proceed so he could get it scheduled. Obviously we wanted a second opinion.

I called Jerry on Monday and scheduled time for him to come out on Wednesday morning. He brought a much better machine, hooked it all up and in what seemed like no time at all he said that it felt like the blockage was cleared. He then went to the different drains in the basement and garage and put a hose down them to clear the gunk that had backed up as a result of the main line. Flushed toilets (and fixed the one in the basement that wasn't working!!), had me run a load of laundry, we ran water from the bathroom upstairs etc., all so that he felt confident that our problem was resolved.

On top of all that, Jerry was probably one of the nicest, most personable people that I've ever had out to perform repairs at my home. I would recommend him to anyone! I felt comfortable with his work, would trust his word, and put all my plumbing needs in his hands. He could have easily told me that there was a bigger issue like RR had said, quoted me a lower price than 5200, and i would have been none the wiser and thought great, i saved some money at least. But he didn't, instead he helped us out and got us fixed for barely a fraction of what we were initially told.

Nigrelli plumbing was fantastic I have dealt with many plumbers in the past and have had difficulty in finding one that is dependable let alone trustworthy and one that is trying to to do what is best for the customer. The driver of the Kirsch Plumbing truck almost ran be off the road today when I was riding my bike. Rather than take 10 SECONDS or less to slow down and be safe, the driver decided to pass me by moving into the on-coming traffic lane without being able to see if it was clear (i.e. we were coming up a hill). When he saw there was a car in the lane, he swerved back into the lane with me being right next to him at this point and causing me to swerve onto the shoulder. SO STUPID - it's really not worth what could have happened to save that 10 seconds.

On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

Scott came to my house to do a sewer drain video. He was prompt and explained in great detail what he was seeing. He was very honest. These are trustworthy plumbers to work with.

Lowes subcontracted installing my dishwasher to them. It was taking a long time to schedule so I called Lowes. Lowes said the company would call me to schedule that day. They did not. Week later tried again and they finally called. Scheduled install and the installer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Started off with complaining there was no place to park. There was a huge space right across the street 3 times the length of his rented U-Haul van. He parked and went into my home without saying a word to me. Removed the old and installed the new. He left a big dirty water puddle under the sink and a long trail through the kitchen and out the door. I had to clean it all up. He left with only saying your done and took off. Acted like a little kid having a tantrum for some reason.
