When I am looking for a plumber, what is important to me is that the job is done correctly the first time, that it's priced reasonably, and that the contractor is totally professional. Randy Kossan is exactly that. He responds to me in a timely fashion, is priced reasonably and takes the time to get it right the first time. Highly recommended! A+++

My expectations were surpassed by the excellent work by Bill Kossan. Because I’m new to the Bethel Park area, I had to take a chance on who to call when I discovered water around my drain in the basement. Bill called me immediately and promised he’d try to get it fixed that day. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he also cleaned the entire area of the basement that was dirty from the water not draining. I can’t say enough good things about Bill Kossan Plumbing. Fantastic work at a fair price...can’t ask for more. Definitely call Bill for any and all of your plumbing issues.

Randy did an exterior drain for me that I have been having issues with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.

I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.

Randy Kossan showed up and meticulously searched and diagnosed a stubborn sewer drain issue causing that smell to wreak through our home. Randy even called in his connections for extra reinforcement and never quit or abandoned us until he fixed the stubborn problem. Honest, very professional, trustworthy and our plumber pro for as long as he's willing.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Bill at hardware store just now and he took the time to ask me what type of project and problem I was having and took me right to the item I needed. Help like that does not come around any more without wanting something in return. Wish I would have meet him 2 weeks ago before I started my hot water tank installation. I will definitely contact if I ever need a plumber that's for sure
