I was very disappointed with my experience with this plumber. I can't believe Lowe's uses such a company for installation. They are better than that. I paid for installation and this man said he was afraid to install my dishwasher and that I should call an electrician. Why should I pay for someone else to do his job? Also maybe I am old school but I don't think I should have to clean up the garbage he left behind.

Installer for a Lowes dishwasher. Came early in the time window, efficiently removed our old DW and installed the new one. Very meticulous in how he worked. All positive, unlike other reviews I have read.

This company is the worst company ever.

Was concerned about the garbage disposal install after checking the rating for Tabuso Plumbing but the young man sent was very quick and the install was great.

Bought a dishwasher through Costco who uses this company. First of all they did not come on the day they were supposed to install the appliance. Came 4 days later and the guy installing had a horrible attitude just like it was reported ion some of the other posts. To top it off, in attaching the drain hose to sink pipe he moved the pipe and caused under the sink to be filled with water the day after so we had them come inn to look at it again. His attitude was worse and claimed that the leak must have been there before. No leak after uninstalling the old dishwasher on a Thursday and he instals the following Monday , then a leak on Tuesday. They are a horrible company. Cant get a call back from his boss and they won't answer my calls. Avoid them like the plague!

Tabuso plumbing is one of the contracted installers for Lowes. They were to install my new dishwasher and remove the old one. The plumber they sent had very little people skills. He was rude and condescending. They did not install my dishwasher because it was deemed after he disassembled my existing dishwasher, that it was beyond their scope per Lowes policy and left abrubtly afterward without offering any type of solution.
My old dishwasher was left in parts for me to assemble. I would not choose to use this company for any of my plumbing needs.

Quick, tidy, professional, and very kind. We would definitely use this company again. I’m confused with all of the negative reviews, as this company was not deserving of a one star review… five stars all the way. I did have troubles with Lowes and their communication, but it had nothing to do with them. Our water heater was installed correctly and fast and everything was cleaned up

Installed a dishwasher we purchased from Costco. After a mix up with the scheduling service, the installer was on time and extremely professional. Walked through the steps of what he was doing and why. Overall very pleased

Purchased dishwasher from Lowes and this company installed it incorrectly. After having Samsung come out and show us it was installed incorrectly, we called Lowes back to get the installer to come out. The first two calls to Lowes, Tabuso never called us back. The 3rd call they stated the installer would be there between 10a-2p- and no one showed up. I am now on my FOURTH call to the company. Very unresponsive and unprofessional when you do talk to them.

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco who contract installation out to Tabuso. I scheduled more than two weeks out from the purchase date for same day delivery and installation. The delivery is right on time and they explain installation is later that day from 4-6pm. No one shows up or calls until 7:30pm I get a call and they say that they weren't working at all that day and it was a mistake by Costco. So I get rescheduled for a different 3 hour window. It is missed and about 40 minutes afterward I get a call from the contractor (not a direct Tabuso emploee) who first blames Costco for scheduling in different neighborhoods not near one another (even though this was Tabuso who rescheduled me, poorly apparently) and says he can be there in a couple hours. Unfortunately, I had to leave the house. He offers to call me back when he has his schedule in front of him, but never does. Two days go by before Tabuso finally calls me back and reschedules me for a 4 hour window on a Saturday. That window is missed as well, of course. And 40 minutes after the window the guy who calls (again not Tabuso a different contractor) says Tabuso made a mistake and double booked the 10-2 window and I was supposed to be 2-4. I politely told this man no thank you and that I would be shopping elsewhere. Thankfully, Costco has an excellent return policy and took it back swiftly. Hoping that Costco severs their relationship with Tabuso who either don't provide Costco with an accurate list of open dates or don't have enough contractors to successfully manage all the work they choose to take on or they just don't care if the occasional job is missed because they deal in such bulk.

This company was hired by Lowe's to install a new toilet and faucet. The plumber did not set the toilet right. He broke the toilet ring and used another one from his truck. We can smell sewer gas and the tank is very wobbly. He also broke a piece off of the faucet underneath the sink and said it was defective. We had to order a replacement part from the manufacturer. The faucet is unusable as it leaks all over underneath. We are going to have Lowe's send out another plumber next week to fix this plumbers mess. I reached out directly to Tabuso multiple times and no one will return my voicemails. I wouldn't use this company for any services ever again. Run from this company! Very unprofessional.

Installers do not show up for their appointments. We have spent two days waiting for someone to show up.

Ordered a dishwasher through Costco. Free instalation was to be provided and Tabuso Plumbing is the only contractor in my area. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered took down my information and said she would have the boss call. I saw the ratings previously from other people with the same issue, so I planned to install myself once it was delivered and my father-in-law gave me a hand. If you aren't handy to manage your new appliance install, I would suggest purchasing from somewhere that doesn't use this contractor.

We purchased a dishwasher from Lowes, and Lowes assigned this company to install the dishwasher for us. Initially, we were worried when seeing the bad reviews of this company, but they turned out to be good. Our dishwasher was installed on time without any problems.

Contract and fees are done with them and for thirty days they responded one time and since then have been hiding from me and the material supplier Lowe’s.

Lowes subcontracted installing my dishwasher to them. It was taking a long time to schedule so I called Lowes. Lowes said the company would call me to schedule that day. They did not. Week later tried again and they finally called. Scheduled install and the installer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Started off with complaining there was no place to park. There was a huge space right across the street 3 times the length of his rented U-Haul van. He parked and went into my home without saying a word to me. Removed the old and installed the new. He left a big dirty water puddle under the sink and a long trail through the kitchen and out the door. I had to clean it all up. He left with only saying your done and took off. Acted like a little kid having a tantrum for some reason.

The installer that came to my home was very rude and claimed to be the bast “plumber in Pittsburgh”, I had ordered a new dishwasher to get installed and before he even did anything he said he couldn’t even do anything with out making a flood because he didn’t have the right hose to attach to the new dishwasher line. So directly after that I said I would be able to call a maintenance man that works for my apartment complex to help him,but he wasn’t having that so he started swearing and using derogatory comments towards me and my son. Which lead to him going outside of my home throwing his work belt off and yelling “I’m not on your property anymore so come at me!” As first time customer it was a horrible experience to be treated with such disrespect in my own home. Would not recommend even though I went through Lowe’s I would make sure this is not the company installing anything in your home.
