Just want to give a shout-out to Bauer Plumbing. We had a leaky pipe in the basement that suddenly gushed. I called a bunch of places and no one could come out until Tuesday (or even called back).
George Bauer called me back minutes after I spoke with his answering service. He had a team here within an hour and they finished replacing the pipe (and assessing for any other risks) in short order.
They were friendly, courteous and professional, and I didn't feel like I was taken to the cleaners when I was given the invoice. Highly recommend!

Very nice, fast and professional service in fixing my AC through the Home warranty services. I would definitely have a business with Hillard Plumbing and Heating in the future if needed.

I don't know how this company is not 5 stars. The Bigley family is synonymous with professionalism, fairness, and amazing service. I use Bigley Plumbing to service both my home and my 35,000 square foot commercial office building. No matter what the issue is, Bigley is there quickly, fixes the issue, is professional, and even with all that, affordable! There is no way there is another plumbing company in Pittsburgh that offers better service. Bigley plumbing is truly the best.

The guys were very professional. Very accomadating. Did a fabulious job. We are going to have them do our kitchen next. There attempt to keep our home clean was exceptional. Highly recomend them!!!!!!

We are so very appreciative of these guys and how much they've helped us over the last month. As a young female homeowner, I am often talked down to, ignored, and/or overcharged. It can be hard to get a call back these days let alone to have quality work done at a decent price. They came to our house for a plumbing issue and ended up also installing a stove that was delivered without hook-up because of that company's mistake. We would have had to get through the Easter weekend without a stove if it wasn't for them. Within probably 2 weeks, I had to call them again for a separate issue and sure enough, they helped us quickly and kindly. Calling Castle for services feels like calling family for help. They will always be our trusted go-to and we're grateful to have them around!

Mr. Chase has come to my house twice in the last two weeks. Both times he was very helpful and informative. Yesterday I called him and he was at my house in less than 10 minutes. I have a home warranty which sometimes prevents me from using my choice of Plumber or Heating guys, but anytime I need anything in the future he will be my first phone call!

Patrick & Daniel were great! Very much pleased with their work & they explained everything before starting the job including the price. Other companies surprise you at the end with the bill. I would definitely refer Sullivan Plumbing. In fact, I’m having my son start using them for A/C & furnace maintenance. These 2 guys work well together. I’m going to request them for fitness issues

Bill rerouted a blocked downspout for me. Was very impressed by how well he did the job and how professional he was. Have already recommended him to some friends!

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

We used Pittsburgh Plumbing and Sewers last year for a number of projects including our kitchen renovation (moving plumbing lines and hvac plus full install), washer and dryer install and replacement of outdoor drains and fresh air vent. Chris who we worked with was very professional, honest and communicated with us throughout the whole project and completed our job a lot sooner than we expected. While we don’t want to go through home renovations again anytime soon, we would absolutely trust no one else. Highly recommended.

Have worked in dozens of houses where Vince has worked. He is the by far the best plumbing contractor we have. Fast & Good. Highly recommend.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.

Do not hire Jake Wilk and James Cunningham. They answer these saying they will try to resolve an issue but it's a lie. They do not finish the work and they steal down-payments. They do not pull Permits and are not licensed according to allegheny county. They may pay some random person to pull but they didn't even do that on my job. They left my job unfinished. I filed a civil suit and am looking for fellow victims to testify. I can't afford to lose what they stole. If they would have just returned the money on the job the job they didn't even start I would have let this go but they are completely unethical. I now have to hire someone else to fix and finish the one they abandoned.
