On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

I usually do not write reviews but since there are a lot of bad companies out there, I felt compelled to tell of our experience with K-Plumbing. They answered on the first call and were very polite. I had an assessment set up for the next day. They arrived promptly within the scheduled hour block. The gentlemen were very professional and gave me all options. I chose a 40 gallon tank, which to my sheer delight was delivered within an hour of my decision to get a new water heater. From arrival to completion, it was only a little over 3 hours. And the best part was they did not bring a cheap water heater for installation, but a top of the line product. I could not be happier with my choice to use this company. Thanks again for a job well done.

While the workmanship was acceptable they are outrageously EXPENSIVE. Charged over $400 an hour. Would not recommend or use again.

This is the third time I have called k-plumbing in 4 years. Every time I call the response time is unmatched. When you need a plumber it is usally for an emergency. Every time they are there within two hours. I have met a lot of plumbers and by far this company is the best to deal with from pricing to timely completion of work. Keep up the good work Rich and crew. Oh yeah today Patrick was in and out with problem solved.. Thanks guys

Rich and Bill have worked to fix another plumbers subpar work. Also I’ve had them install a new kitchen sink, fix a toilet and leaky old plumbing from 1955. They have both been prompt, wear shoes covers and never leave a mess. I will use them again!

They were in time and did a great job. But there a little overpriced. Here an hour and $365 later.....

Mr K and his colleagues are the best. They come when they say they will and the work is top quality. I recommend them to everybody.
