We've had trouble finding a reliable plumber and so thankful to have found Brian of Crossway Plumbing. He was very responsive, professional, and did exemplary work. Crossway Plumbing is now our go-to for any plumbing needs.

Fixed a couple leaks and a running toilet a couple months ago. I would definitely call again for future work.

Called them a few months when our basement drain backed up. Another company advertised on TV came out and scared us into thinking we needed the line from the curb to the house replaced. They said their camera could only go so far and that was indicative of a major problem. They wanted to run a credit check on me for financing (saying it could run us anywhere from $5k to $10k) and I said no. They left with my basement still full of water. I found Best Pittsburgh Plumbing on Facebook. I think they have several plumbers in the area that they route calls to based on availability. The plumber that came to our home was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He had no problem with the camera inspection and was able to snake out the clog and clear our basement of water for under $200. No problems since then. Very satisfied since the other company was clearly trying to rip us off.

His prices were lower than the other quotes that I received. His work was extraordinary, his prices were reasonable, and he is a really nice man. I was very impressed and highly recommend him.

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.

Not available to the public but awesome people so if you're in some sort of industry or some sort of business in there where this location and these people they offer a variety of things and HVAC and plumbing, Specially parts like you wouldn't believe might take a day or two but they will make it happen.

Dave and his co-worker fixed our plumbing problem quickly and fairly. I can't ask for more than that the day after Thanksgiving! Thank you!

Walt was a pleasure to work with, he was very detailed and honest in his recommendations. I also really appreciated that he stopped by during all the installs to check on things. His men did an excellent job with the installs and took their time and went the extra mile on every job that they have done for me. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. In early October of 2022 I decided to replace the 15 year old hot water tank in my home. It wasn’t an emergency so I got several estimates from local plumbers. Hruska’s price was great so I contacted them on 10/6/2022 and we discussed a timeline and was told a project like mine was typically a one day installation, which was perfect…EXCEPT THAT ONE DAY NEVER HAPPENED! I had read several reviews from other customers (or potential customers) experiencing a lack of communication with this company, but decided to move forward anyway. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I quickly realized what others said was accurate. My phone calls to the office were rarely returned. The only way to “talk” to Brad (who I believe to be an owner of the company) was via FB messenger and even that wasn’t a sure thing. When we did connect it was one excuse after another…an emergency at a school, workers of the company sick with COVID, a heating emergency for an elderly woman, family illnesses…all of which I sympathetic about and understood. BUT, every time I contacted Brad for an update on my install, I never received a return call (though I had been told SEVERAL times that would happen). After the COVID illnesses at the company, Brad even expressed how backed up they were with work and that they were losing money, which is why I couldn’t comprehend such a total lack of communication about a $1400+ job. FINALLY on 12/9/22 my patience gave out and I sent Brad another message via Facebook (again, this was the most reliable way to contact him) and informed him I was done with his lack of professionalism and would be finding another contractor, WHICH I IMMEDIATELY DID! The new contractor has been very communicative with me and my project is scheduled for 1/5/2023!
