Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a 13,000 dollar boiler system put in our house in December 2016. Came with a manufacturer warranty and a warranty directly written out from Gillece themselves. We have had issues from the install not being done correctly to water in the exhaust pipe due to installation and the flame ignite sensor kicking the system off. Which then results in having no heat in the middle of the night and freezing small children, which they don't seem to care about. They got the installation parts of the issue fixed, however, they still have not correctly fixed the ignite sensor. They come out clean it and say its all good and then it goes bad again months later. Well it just did it again Feb. 6,2020. So we called them out to honor the warranty and the work that they say was completed and done correctly. They tell us it will be a 95 dollar charge even though it has been a ongoing issue and we have a warranty. They give us the run around when people can come out to the house. We ask for higher management and they just say they will call you that they aren't in the office. So we wait and wait and wait and still don't hear from anyone. We wait and wait and wait around the house for someone to come and pray they are the ones to permanently fix the issue but just keep getting pushed till next day. The office says that we have cussed out the workers, which has never been the situation. If Gillece wants to know the real truth, Gillece workers complain about the company non stop and how the schedulers don't care about when they schedule appointments. Etc. Etc. I could go on and on but for my sanity I am going to stop. I feel the company does what is good for them and that they will keep you happy until they have your money and then they don't seem to care!! Be aware and do your research!! It's a shame because the technicians that come out know their stuff they just have to follow company procedures and this company is horrible for caring about their workers and their customers!!

They fit us into their busy schedule to install a dental surgery table that needed custom fitting for water and drain hookup. Their work was clean & efficient!

and informed repairman arrived to assist and did a fantastic job. Addressed all my concerns and answered all questions. Helped remedy the issues and My only complaint was that the technician was over 30 minutes later than promised due to traffic, but I wasn’t notified until I called for an update. Otherwise, recommend.

We had a leak in our bathroom and they were able to send out a plumber the very next day! He came within the specified window, explained exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. He went to get the parts and fixed it right there. It was exactly what we needed, no hidden fixes or tricks. We have used Cirigliano for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Orlando who came to my residence for a plumbing issue in my bathroom. He was very polite, professional, and respectful. As a homeowner it is always risky when we encounter home repairs and need professional help. I would recommend Orlando to all my family , friends and colleagues . I was very pleased with the service and would definitely call again.

He calls back quickly and always manages to get to your plumbing issue that day. He's very fair in pricing, very professional work & he is very neat in doing the job. The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
