Pro Fleet NW

Very pleased with Pro Fleet NW. Found them off of Home Advisor. Needed plumbers to install new kitchen faucet, disposal, plumbing, etc. after we had granite counter tops installed. We shopped around for three (3) quotes and while one other quote was close in price, Pro Fleet was a little bit less expensive. Having just dropped $$ on granite, I was happy with their quote! ;) They were able to come out the following morning. Now we can finally enjoy our updated kitchen. I was provided a one (1) hour arrival window. Ryan and Wes (?) were both very friendly and even let me know they were running about 20 mins behind, even though they were still within the window. I really appreciated the communication. I would definitely use Pro Fleet NW again in the future for any plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier with Pro fleet! Professionalism from start to finish. On time and above my expectations. They took out my old water tank heater and replaced it with a tankless, and while at it installed a gas line to my kitchen. Ryan, who installed it deserves a shout-out, excellent work.

Very happy with the small plumbing job they performed. I called as a new customer on a Friday afternoon, and had the job completed by 9:30 Monday morning. I found them both friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with Pro Fleet NW's service. They showed up at their appointed time. After they inspected the drainage pipe underneath my house, they promptly gave me a reasonable quote for fixing it and were able to take care of the problem the same day. They were very polite and explained what they were going to do in a language a layman could understand. I would call them if I needed plumbing help again.

We selected ProFleet to repair our fence at our rental house. We decided to go with them because they gave us a good bid (of the three we received) and came with a plan of attack that sounded legitimate. Since this is a rental house and we go through a property management company, we were not able to set foot on property while they were working.

They tilted the fence back up in the one section that it was falling over, and other than that they did nothing. They left a big pile of trash for us to remove, and not to mention, THE GATE OF THE FENCE WONT EVEN SHUT NOW! I am so floored by the fact that we paid over $3000 to have two sections of a fence fixed, and because of the poor repair job, the fence now doesn't even shut.

I really don't like giving small businesses poor ratings, but this was one of the worst jobs I have seen. ProFleet, you need to take better care of your customers.

They went the extra mile for us.

Edit: I've revised my review up after having some better communication with them after a bit of a rocky start. I'll revisit this once my project is done.

In March, my husband and I hired Brent and his team to build a new back patio cover when our old aluminum one received damage in the winter storm earlier this year.

Brent came out, worked on a quote and sent it to us a few weeks later. It was much more reasonable than two others we received and we love the work he did. With lumber prices so high, he talked us out of Cedar and into rough cut Doug Fir and we love how it came out.

Our neighbors liked our cover so much they hired Pro Fleet to redo their carport cover later this summer.

Brent is busy and has many projects he works on at the same time. Patience is always a must for construction but he's professional, trustworthy and makes good on all the little details you ask him to take care of. We have some other projects in the works around our home and won't hesitate to hire him again. The photos below show some of the detail work he did on our cover and we are so happy with the work he did. When we are done staining and finishing our pavers, I will add the completely done photos.

So I made the mistake all home shows tell you to never do: pay for a bid. Profleet charges $75 per a bid and then there bid came back at over 450% of other bids. I'm guessing they just didn't want the job but did want to fill a bid schedule. I can't speak to their work (hence two stars).

The techs were fast, efficient, professional, courteous, and very modern in being able to use their mobile work phone to take payments.

Great people, they can do everything to fix your house.

These guys did a great job! Came out fast and got it fixed!

They installed a very heavy vanity and toilet in the bathroom, caulked counter-tops and bathtub. Also installed an ice-maker line and kitchen sink plumbing. All employees were kind and helpful. On time and efficient. Used drop clothes on floors. The work was not cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent company that I will be using again!

The best group of contractors we have ever dealt with. They went far out of their way to obtain difficult to find parts for our older home and performed excellent work installing a completely new piping system in our home. And their prices were reasonable. What more could we ask?

We appreciate ProFleet- they were timely for each of the appointments we needed to complete the water main replacement, and they responded to all our phone calls immediately. They were also considerably better value than other companies who gave us estimates!

2022: Don’t use Profleet. They used to be good but something changed in the past few years. I have many friends who have either had jobs take 9 months or shoddy work.

They installed new gutters and fascia boards on my house. I asked them to make sure they are sloped correctly and they didn’t even try. I called them multiple times to have it fixed and they won’t call me back.

DO NOT USE PROFLEET.

Great company very affordable and awesome service. An extra special thanks to the two gentlemen that took every added precaution while working in our home to make this unexpected plumbing problem as easy on us as possible. They got someone out here the next day and the work was done fast to get us up and running again. FIVE STARS might not be enough👍👌😁 I hope we don’t need your services again but am comforted that if we do you guys are there

I was referred to ProFleet by my realtor. She had referred the company to numerous people who were all happy with the work they did. They replaced three layers of old roofing and did a new install. I also had them lay a bathroom floor and plumb for a new vanity. Brent was wonderful to work with. Being that I bought a 1967 house , we ran into a couple issues and Brent always had a solution. He has a can do attitude which is great to work with. I would highly recommend ProFleet!. PS. All the employees that worked on my projects were great as well.

This is my 4th experience with Pro Fleet. They always take care of me. This time I had an issue at my rental, and they had a plumber to my house within an hour. I appreciate the speed that they work with, I can always count on them.

Meet Brent with Pro Fleet NW over a month ago. Brent stated he would send over a bid within a week. Never heard back from him. I followed up several times, spoke to the receptionist. Receptionist several times stated Brent would get back to me. But again never heard back from Brent or the company. Poor follow up and communication.
