Repipe specialist responded quickly for bid appointment and to schedule appointment to repipe my entire house. Am very pleased with results and suggestions made during work. Great job!!!
We own rental houses in Hillsboro Oregon and we have an excellent plumber that we have used for 25 years.
He is not shy about referring some of our work to other companies if the job is too big for him. He is a one man show, but he's the best.
So, we bought this little house with very low water pressure that needed major plumbing work. Our plumber said to me your going to be calling me back forever with problem's here or there. He referred us to Repipe. The guy from Repipe came out and gave us an estimate. Part of his estimate was not just to repipe the house but a separate estimate to bring in a new supply line from the street so that the house would have totally new water supply thru out.
I tried to save some money and only had the house done. The 2 Repipe guys came out to the house and put in a brutally long day, when they were done, they had removed all of the galvanize pipes and installed new pipes to 7 locations including the hose bibs outside. That's the good news, we were happy blah blah blah.
The next year the water supply from the street ruptured and flooded the front yard on Christmas Eve, so I called Repipe to come back and fix what I should have had done the first time. Live and learn.
This is really the way to go if your having water pressure issues. Problem solved.

We recently had Repipe Specialists repipe our home and had a fully positive experience! From the sales rep who detailed the process and cost, to the workers who did the repiping down to the person who repaired the walls after it was done, everyone was very competent, professional and personable. Our 60’s vintage house presented some challenges to the installers and they always gave us options of solving these challenges. The workers were on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after each day’s work. We are delighted with the results and have had no troubles post-repipe. They also gave us various options to pay for the work which was nice. I give them my highest endorsement!

So disappointed... they DO NOT do the work, they contract out.
Kevin from repipe specialists came to give us a bid, nice guy but like a used cars salesman. He will tell you what you want but isn’t always the truth. He acted as if they do the work and they don’t because they contract out even though he kept saying “my team”. He will tell you a time frame and it’s WAY OFF. When contacting Kevin regarding the time frame, he lies and says he contacted the company they contracted out (Simpsons Plumbing) to try and help. He stated that they put us next on the list when that’s not even true. He never even contacted the company because I called Simpsons plumbing. Repipe specialists commercials say no down payment, I had to put 10% down.
SO DISAPPOINTED! Cut out the middle man!
I do thank Simpsons Plumbing in Vancouver because they did an AMAZING job! They went above and beyond!

Had an estimate from Jon Holman of Repipe and another from a competitor. Jon covered all aspects of the project including threading pipe behind shower and bath controls, new fixtures and shutoff valves, patching sheetrock, expansion tank on water heater, outside faucets, and arranging plumbing and electrical inspections. Although the prices were similar, I heard all too often from the competitor, We can't do that or just not addressing an issue.I would gladly recommend Repipe Specialists to friends, family our complete strangers.
I have an 11 unit apartment building located in SW Portland (near the downtown area). It was built around 1910. I was having problems with debris in the old water pipes collecting and clogging faucets and shower heads resulting is very low water pressure. So I contacted Repipe Specialists. I met with Jon from Repipe and gave him a tour of the building. He wrote up an estimate and we scheduled the work to begin in December. Since this was a large job it was scheduled to complete in two weeks. The workers arrived every day around 8:00 AM as scheduled. They managed to run all the pex throughout the building before connecting the new pex to the water line. This meant the tenants only had to deal with water shut off for two days (water was always turned on at the end of the day). The plumbers were very good at showing me some of the difficult areas where they had to use some clever work arounds. The work completed two days early and the tenants are very happy with the results as am I.
I contacted Repipe Specialists after getting a very high quote from a plumber to replace our plumbing. They made the process easy, completed it in one day, and have had no problems since.
I had Repipe Specialist repipe my entire house at the of August. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end! Jon the estimator from Repipe Specialist was prompt and respectful of Covid precautions upon arrival. He inspected all water sources and was thorough and clear about all services to be performed. Scheduling the project was easy and made convenient to my schedule too.
On the day of the project the repipe team of 6 arrived promptly at 7 AM. The project lead, Mikal, was excellent to work with. He performed a walk thru to review all water sources to make sure it matched the estimate plan, and to address and answer any questions or concerns I had prior to work commencement. His crew were courteous, professional, and respectful of my house by laying down tarps on all floor surfaces. It was amazing how efficient they were and dedicated to doing an excellent job by limiting the number of holes they had to make to install the new pipes and cleaning as if they weren't there. They were in and out in 7 1/2 hours after doing a walk thru and explaining everything they performed, ensuring all water sources worked, and making sure to respond to any questions I had. All sheetrock repair was performed a few days later after city plumbing inspection, which then left for me to perform repainting and moving everything back to under cabinets or against walls. My recommendation is to be prepared by moving everything from under cabinets, from around hot water heater, move washing machine, refrigerator if ice maker, and anything from walls where you think they may have to cut in to -- this will immensely help save time and aid the repipe crew gaining access to the areas they have to work.
I'm highly satisfied with all work performed and would recommend Repipe Specialist to anyone who needs to replace their water lines.

Wow! These guys got their stuff together. Their estimates for the repipe of my house blew several plumbing companies out of the water. The sales rep was professional, no nonsense and explained everything thoroughly and explained how the process worked and he was 100% correct. The plumbers arrived as scheduled and did a great job and got it done on time. When finished they gave me a walk thru and explained all they did and showed where turn offs were etc. The guy who did the wall patching did a fantastic job! I recommend them 100%. Terrific experience.

The crews are reliable and informative upon arrival. They went right into their tasks to completion and cleaned up after themselves. There were no miscommunication issues and the foreman was straightforward in outlining what's happening such as old shower head and handle having issues and replacing new one provided. Now I have better water pressure and knowing I have no rust in water coming in. Kudos to the crews!

We are very satisfied customers of the Repipe Specialists. The entire process from Johns visit for a bid, to finally having full force running hot water in our home went smoothly. We had another plumbing service give us a bid before John came out. Their bid was actually a little lower than Repipes but was going to take 3 days to complete and they would have had to dig up a much bigger trench in the yard. John met the price of the other company and the job was complete in 1 day. With their advanced equipment they just had to dig out a small area around the meter. The workers were all very clean and professional. I will recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone that needs that kind of service.
When we first heard we had to re-pipe our entire home, it seemed overwhelming. We received bids from plumbers and then called Repipe Specialists. Their bid was almost half of what the plumbers had bid. They were in and out in 2 days to complete the repiping. I was worried about the holes in the walls and ceilings. Then the patchers came and in one day, you couldn’t even tell anything had been done. It was that good. All we had to do was paint. We now have fantastic water pressure. I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner. Repipe Specialists was amazing, from the estimate through the final consult. They were efficient, clean and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

They can't help everyone.
We have a 50-year old home in Milwaukie, OR and some varying water flow as well as leaking faucets (under sinks, main shut off). The Repipe Team was totally professional, efficient, knowledgeable, hard-working, clean, courteous, on-time, and very kind (we were both home all day during the process). We love the results!
Oregon Repipe did a great job of repiping our house. They were on the job just two weeks after we met with Alvin (who is great to work with, and good about answering follow-up questions) and signed the contract. They did the job in just one day as promised. They were flexible enough to handle some small additions the day of the project. The plumbers who did the job knew what they were doing and were efficient, having done hundreds of these projects. It was pleasantly surprising how smoothly the repipe process went. It's great to have good water flow in the house again.
I want to give your crew a 5 Star Rating. They kept checking on the work and would do an adjustment here and a tweek there to make sure the job was done right the first time. The foreman kept me informed during the job and would ask me about ideas they had and get my approval. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and my house was spotless.
My wife and I recently had our whole house repiped due to the very poor condition of the old steel pipes in our 40 plus year old home, which caused virtually no water pressure at any of our faucets. We hired Repipe Specialist to do the job because of the knowledgeable, yet easy to understand, presentation given to us on the initial visit by Jon their field representative. And also because of the outstanding rating that Angie's list, a publication I've grown to love and trust, had given them in their latest monthly catalog. The crew of four people showed up at our home at the requested time and after a short tour of the house, told us how long it would take to complete the job and what we could expect after the work was finished. They then got right to work on the exterior, laundry and kitchen sink faucets removing the old piping and installing the new PEX piping. They then started on the bathrooms replacing the old outdated dual shower controls, that would scald you if you happen to be in the shower when the toilet flushed, and replaced them with a single control system and new heads that fit our decor to a tee. All this was happening while one of the workers, laughingly called the mole, was replacing all of the pipes under our homes crawl space. Yes, there were a few holes in the sheetrock at the various places where the workers needed access to the old piping, but the next day another person showed up and patched all of the exposed holes. And after he left, my wife and I marveled that we couldn't tell where any of the holes were, given the expertise of the patcher. All in all, a terrific job was done by the Repipe Specialist crew. Very professional, on time and on budget. We're very happy we had the work done by such an outstanding company and have already recommended them to many of our neighbors and friends.
I used Repipe Specialists to replace my 60 year old galvanized pipes that were starting to be leaky on a regular basis, not to mention the low flow. We chose to go with PEX as the replacement. I'm very happy with the end results, the company was professional, and the price was much better than what I was quoted from a plumbing company I've used in the past. They also managed to knock it out in a day, which was really nice.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Treated my mother horribly! Cut her electrical cords and then blamed it on her, responded and treated her very disrespectfully, these people should be so ashamed of their services. Their attention to detail is non existent.
Love my new pipes and pressure. They were great from beginning to end. So easy to work with Done so fast. The crew were great
It was like dealing with a used car salesman. Bid was high, but if you barter, theyll drop the price. Then some shabby sub-contractor comes out to actually do the work. The supervisor knows what he's doing, but he's on 3 jobs, so he's not there full time, and the guys that actually do the work - all they want to do is go home. Repipe Specialist is simply a middle man, taking a cut of your hard earned money.

Repiped the entire house, replacing 30 yr-old CPVC with Pex.
Showed up spot-on at seven ÀM. High quality workmanship and top quality materials. Cordial and competent/knowledgeable crew. And thorough. They were the only bidder that specified ball Valves, pressure regulator and replacing shower valves.
(I did the drywall patching and saved $1,250.)
They did everything that their ads say they do and the are professional from start to finish.
My family's personal experience with them involved the drywall guys missing a hole behind the fridge and it taking my wife and I a couple of weeks to discover this and when we called to schedule them to come back and get it taken care of they showed up a couple hours later and had the work completely finished without any complaint or issue.
I have talked to several friends and family members about repyping with them because they are worth the money because they do it right and they do a great.
Great experience with Repipe Specialists. We needed our entire house repiped, and a new primary supply from the city. Two short walkthroughs and one day of work later, and we finally have an entirely new water supply through the house. The prices were even with other quotes we received, and the team were kind enough to give us a few parts that weren't planned for at cost, when George Morlan fell through on the delivery.
It was as pain free as I could hope for, and I know I have a guarantee of the work, and a free pass to ask any questions moving forward included in the original cost, which is half the value.
This was more of an unexpected purchase, but we realized that our pipes were well overdue for giving us problems. After our neighbors experienced flooding in their home we knew it was time to look into replacement. Repipe is obviously the most well known specialist in the area for this, so we called them up and within a few days the rep was out assessing our home's needs. The crew of 3 was quick and got everything completed same day, and their response to a small leak we found was immediate. My only regret is that we listened to the rep in that we wouldn't need to worry about the Main Line for years to come, turns out the return lines from the plumbing is considered part of *that* replacement so our drains are still slow and I need to get someone else out to flush them. The crew also said they would normally recommend doing the Main with everything else from an expert's perspective. For once I was happy to not have a pushy salesman and then I regret it, go figure! Haha. Otherwise our water pressure is INSANE now, used to take me well over 15 minutes to refill my aquarium after a water change and now it's less than 5. It's also wonderful to not have to time when I start the dishwasher/washing machine/flush the toilet based on when someone might be showering. We ended up opting for not doing the drywall because of where our fixtures were located and the hubby's ability to do minor patching himself so that did save a lot of money in the end. Owning a home isn't cheap and there's always something needing done, but I feel like this is the best update we've bit the bullet on besides replacing the original 60 year old windows.

The guy came to our house to give an estimate.. He even told us that they hire plumbing company to do the work, then they tack on about $3000 ..So better off to just go thru a plumbing company, save yourself alot of money..
Best in class materials, planning, and craftsmanship. Great people to work with. They were responsive and compassionate, ensuring we were all taken care of.
Service not listed: Repiped whole house.

Repipe Specialists were great! From the estimate (by Alvin) to the repipe (Mikal and crew) and cleanup. Very professional and on time. We had a complete repipe done in our 2 1/2 bathroom home because the CPVC piping was failing. Mikal's 5 man crew started at 7 AM and were done by 3 PM. I would HIGHLY recommend Repipe Specialists. Very impressed and happy with the entire experience! Thank you so much to everyone involved with our job.
The estimating process was fast and clear, resulting bid was the most affordable. The actual work was done by one of the plumbers that work with them. Once that was scheduled they did the work in one day (plus a couple adjustments after county inspection visits). I hope I never have to do this again but if I did I would definitely use repipe specialists again.

I am in the process of selling my 1925 house so I thought I would replace all the old pipes with new.
The salesman Alvin came to my house and gave me two options ,curb to house ,and all pipes inside , or just the inside .
I chose to go with the whole package , no use replacing the inside ,when the curb to the house is still bringing in water through rusty pipes.
Alvin is a no pressure salesman ,he looks at your homes problem and gives you options on how to fix it .
The crew showed up on the day promised and completed the job in one day .The forman had called me before starting the job, because he had questions about my basements finished ceiling. I told him to do the best he could do,and I was impressed with the limited amount of ceiling they had to remove.
There were two minor issues they revolved quickly, they forgot to turn the water heater back on.
And there was a leak from the outside faucet bib. The plumber arrived the next day early 8:00AM, and quickly fixed the problem.
I made a down payment at the beginning of the job, and the final payment after the inspector approved .
They are very easy to contact and give prompt replies and help when needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repipe ,they offer high quality ,fast and efficient service

We live in a manufactured home built in 1999.
We discovered when changing a outside faucet that the water pipes were PVC which proved to be very brittle and broke requiring us to locate a plumber on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Regardless to mention it was expensive but we got it repaired so we had water again. The plumber mentioned PEX pipe to us as he used pieces to repair our broken PVC. Now my wife and I are semi-retired so not rich so after I picked up a job driving for a medical transport company I started saving up some money. While driving I noticed a Repipe Specialist van and looked them up on the web. I contacted them and set up an appointment for an estimate. Jon came out and was very informative and explained how the PEX product would solve our problems forever. While a little expensive we decide to go for it. The crew was fantastic they covered the flooring so as not to dirty up our home, they performed their work with skill and answered our questions as we watched the progress. Then the drywall technician came the next day and was very professional, masking off all the area and texturing so it looked as if nothing ever was opened. We did a minor touch up painting and it looks great. We would recommend Repipe Specialists to everyone with old brittle pipes to contact them for a quality product and workmanship by profession considerate and knowledgeable staff. Enjoy a worry-free home for years to come.

Our house was built 19 years ago with CPVC pipes. These plastic pipes get brittle with time and are prone to failure. We had one leak in an upstair's bathroom requiring a temporary and drywall repair.
We were very impressed with the professional nature of the process. The estimator was very personable and explained the process. Repipe Specialists provided important communications on the process.
When the pipe crew arrived for the pipe job (APEX plumbing of Oregon), they got right to work putting down tarps and preparing for work. They asked a few questions and then worked as a team to repipe the entire house in one day.
Repipe scheduled the inspection with the city and their patch crew arrived the next day also completing their work in less than one day.
It was a very professional process.
We had a great experience with Repipe Specialists, the work was done by skilled craftsmen and the customer service was great.

I was more than pleased with the Repiping done on my home. I have lived here 65 years and knew the old pipes needed to be replaced. Thank you each one for your caring and expert work. I highly recommend you all.

These people were great and on time if not early for all appointments. A nice change to see in a business. When I first contacted I told them we have been on and off with out water for almost a month. The last plumber did not completed the work and the pipes were worse after they stopped then before they started. Repipe Specialists of Oregon was very responsive and came to our house very fast and reconnected to the main line so we at lease had water coming into the house. After that they kept there time schedule as was sent to us. The work site was kept cleaned throughout the repair stages. The workers were very respectful. Before leaving they made sure that everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their pipes re-piped.

I contacted Repipe Specialists to repipe my 1916 780 sq ft Bungalow. Alvin Chan was the estimator and a fabulous facilitator/mediator between me, Repipe and the contracted Repipe plumbers. When one minor aspect of the repipe was changed late in the process but before the job was actually started, Alvin helped positively resolve the issue after the work was completed and Repipe was willing to accept the cost. A potentially disappointing situation was an overall win for me and the contracted plumbers. The Repipe guys arrived at 7:30 with a crew of guys and were completely finished before noon. They were efficient. They could have been more delicate with the lath and plaster though. They used a Sawzall even though later when I commented to the lead they could use a multi-tool and cause far less damage he said they have one but it is too loud. If I had known exactly where they needed holes cut, I would have cut them ahead of time and not have to repair such a large area. Because of the age of the house, a check for asbestos was needed. Alvin let me choose my own lab for the sample, which saved me money and I chose not to have repipe contract the drywall repair. I found someone for significantly less as well. The best part of the whole process is Repipe offers options. You can have one and done, they set up everything--asbestos testing, plumbing and drywall repair, or you can just do the repipe and subcontract the testing and repair. Additionally the Repipe site could update their pricing and offerings. At the time I was planning this, by the size of the house and prices on the site, it should have cost significantly less than it did. I requested copper pipes, as are advertised as an option on the website and radio ads, but was told that Repipe does not do copper pipes, so I was stuck with Pex. Overall, they did a good job, in a very short time and everything is copacetic. I have good water pressure, and clean water when I turn on the tap! I definitely recommend Repipe if you want an efficient fix and Alvin was there via text or phone every step of the way.

Repipe specialists were professional and completed the job exactly as described in our initial consultation. The crew was friendly and answered all of our questions. They completed the repipe of our large 2-story house in one day. Following the inspection, all holes in the walls were patched in one day with truly exceptional skill.

We utilized this company for an entire repipe of our home. They walked us room to room to let us know what to expect, provided a thorough written breakdown of what we were paying for and were great about answering questions throughout the process. Spending this amount of money is nerve-racking however their pricing was competitive with other plumbing companies in the area however the work can be completed in just a fraction of the time. 10/10
Repiping a property is a large endeavor - both costly and potentially stressful. We had an amazing experience with Repipe Specialists of Oregon (via PEX Plumbing) and would recommend them highly. The scheduler whom we worked with for the job was so courteus and professional. The team we worked with onsite day of was experienced, great communicators who helped us understand work to be done and then if there were small decisions to be made engaged us during the job, they had water to the property by the time committed, they cleaned up, and we passed the inspection the next day. They relieved all of my stress as I watched how well they worked and the quality they delivered. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering repiping their property. I don't think you'll be dissappointed!
Excellent service and care to repipe our mid century home where all the original piping was below the slab. Only three lower level locations where the plumbing was required to be exposed. Fanastic job!

Repipe specialists did an exceptional job. They were on time, very professional, did excellent work and was very courteous
Had our house repiped, they did a great job. All the pex pipe under house and in garage is insulted. This was done in one day, the patching comes after inspection. The city inspector stated he see alot of their work and it is always top notch.
We received an initial quote several years ago, but decided not to go forward at the time as it was expensive and we did not have any issues with our plumbing. After hearing from more and more of our neighbors in our HOA who had problems with their CPVC piping, we decided to go ahead and get the repiping done now rather than wait until there was an actual problem. The price went up. A lot. For both the repipe and the drywall work. COVID and Supply Chain seemed to be the main reasons cited.
We decided to use Repipe Specialists for just the repipe and went with another drywall provider recommended by both our painter and a friend who flips houses for a living. Their estimate was about 1/3 of what Repipe's was for the drywall and they did a great job (so shop around for the drywall work.) As for the repipe itself, the work was done by True Blue Plumbing. They had a crew of about 6 or 7 show up at 7AM and were done by about 1:30. For our 2,500 sq ft house w/ 2 1/2 baths, they cut about 21 holes in the wall. They did not have to open the ceiling, which was nice. They also replaced the PRV for about $250 - which is about the cost of the part since they had to remove the old one anyway. Jayson, the True Blue lead, was friendly and informative. He also came back out to fix a minor issue they caused during the installing (and didn't argue about it, which was a pleasant experience.)
Their work passed inspection and I haven't found any issues (it has been about 6 months). I don't know if they are the cheapest or not - in talking with our plumber it sounds like they didn't do all of the things he does (like doing the line from the meter to the house), but they got the work done quickly and with as little disruption as possible.
When our salesman Kevin came out to our home, he said the repipe process would take one day. We were shocked that it could go that fast. He said it was a one day job. Repipe, inspection and drywall. We did not find out he meant one day repipe, inspection the next business day and drywall 3 weeks later until after they completed the repipe. We were shocked! We understood that due to us having the repipe done on a Friday, it led to the inspection not being able to be done until the following Monday due to the repipe taking a little longer. The thing that shocked us was the 19 days between repipe completion and drywall repair! We were led to believe this would be a seamless repair process. We would have scheduled the repipe for a better time period had we had any idea that would be the case. My husband spoke to Kevin, following the news on Friday afternoon of the drywall delay, and was given multiple excuses. They included ‘I never said that’ to ‘It would have taken a normal plumber days to complete just the repipe’. Our issue is not with the repipe. The specialists came in on time, were very courteous and kept our house EXTREMELY clean during the process. They appear to have used really high quality materials and practices. For that we are grateful. Our issue is with the misleading sales pitch and poor follow up by Kevin and the Repipe Specialists hotline. When my husband called Kevin on Friday, he stated he would try to move the drywall repair up. Additionally, on Monday, I called the corporate number. They told me that they were really busy and that is just how long the wait is. They too said they would contact me back. It is now Wednesday evening and we have not received any communication back from either. The repairs passed inspection Monday at noon. All that to say, we are happy with the workmanship of the repipe. We would have gotten it done either way. We were just disappointed that they weren’t up front with us about that aspect. We would have chosen a different time to do it. As it stands now, we are still in limbo, just waiting for someone to care enough to call us back. Most of the holes in the drywall are covered by cabinets except for two large ones in our dining room. I guess that it is our responsibility to cover them up at this point. Again, that would have been nice to know at the beginning. We have a toddler, so them leaving these giant holes exposed for weeks is not ideal. Luckily, we use a pest control company, but quite a few spiders still have managed to make it into the house since the repipe. I would recommend the company to others due to the quality of their work so far. I would just caution them to make sure they get an accurate timeline of the COMPLETE job. Not just the repipe. I will update this review when/if we receive communication from anyone and when the job is complete.
Avoid this company. They're just a snazzy marketing and advertising front that subs out all the work. Go direct to a plumbing company; it will likely cost less and you'll be able to follow-up directly.
Great customer service information given on whole process would definitely recommend
Very professional job within budget and time
I had a great experience using RePipe. They explained the process and the quote was exactly what I paid. The workers were respectful, acknowledge, polite, and safe (masks indoors at all times).
Highly recommend!
“Half the cost of a plumber” not even close.
Marketing campaigns, professional sales staff, etc all come at a cost.
In reality, Repipe Specialists was just about TWICE as much as the other bids I got from local plumbers.
Ended up with a local guy who was almost $4000 cheaper… and guess what…. The work was just fine. Got it done in a day.
Repipe Specialists may be able to do the work well and everything will be fine… but just know that with 100% certainty you will be paying THOUSANDS more for it.
Their sales person came and thoroughly explained what they would do and how they would do it. They scheduled us quickly, the plumbers came in the morning and were finished by early afternoon (we do have a small house). We're so thankful to have good pressure and clean tasting water now. Thank you!

From my experience, I will not use this company again, ever. Their work was somewhat amateurish. Their work wouldn't pass inspection. I talked with six....six people who couldn't help me with a failed spigot valve attached to my house. The leak was so bad, I was worried about my foundation being undermined, and I told them as much. When I told them this on Thursday they said are you okay to wait until Monday? I'm pretty sure I would need to flush a toilet before that 4 day period and I'm pretty sure my cattle would have destroyed my fences for lack of water by then and I made this clear. The customer service was atrocious. I'm not nit picky when it comes to customer service, but this was my worst experience EVER. As a business owner, I would fire ANY of my employees that treated a customer of ours so disrespectfully. I finally got a hold of a guy Greg. He gave good customer service and helped me restore water. Big ups on Greg. I'd hire him in a minute. The matter isn't resolved yet, but Greg put me and my cattle back into water, and that's what matters.

Who wants to have their pipes replaced? If you suffer from low water pressure shower and an unhappy spouse... you do! Our old galvanized pipes just weren't cutting it anymore. We called for an estimate, John was very professional and personable. We had some timing issues to sort out and Repipe was very accommodating and not pushy. When things aligned they came out and within 2 days we had new pipes! They made sure the 1st day we were able to shower. They did a great job of keeping the mess contained, and cleaned up after themselves. They crew that was here was very professional and courteous. The folks that came in to repair the drywall did a great job as well. I gotta say its nice to have decent water pressure again; the wife is happy too. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

The Sales person John was on time and friendly and listened carefully to what we needed and addressed our concerns. The plumbing contractor followed through in and efficient manner was able to accommodate additions to the original estimate. The patching contractor was able to patch the sheet rock and other access points and leave us with paintable walls when they left. It was the experience we had hoped for.
We were referred to Repipe Specialists by our insurance agent. She had had other clients use their services. Our needs were more preventative and not related to an emergency. Our house was built in 1963 and we were encountering typical age-related issues: low water pressure, iron oxide debris in sink aerators, cloudy water at times. Cheryl was extremely helpful with scheduling everything from our service quote, to the work date, to the city inspection and drywall service. She was very accommodating with my work schedule. Alvin came out to do our quote and did a really great job explaining things to be done. The 4 craftsmen (Greg, Chris, Michael and Enrique) who did the work were amazing. It was like watching a movie on fast forward with each one working in a different area of the house. With our needs being more preemptive and not repair related, they could make strategic decisions about their drywall cutting and were able to be less intrusive than we originally thought. Thank you to everyone at Repipe Specialists for all your hard work. You deserve 5 stars each.
The Repipe Specialists team was great from quoting to installation. The quote was very informative and complete. The installers kept everything clean and made sure to answer any questions I had. The sheetrock crew that came in to patch all the holes was just as cleanliness conscious as the installers. They all did a great job and we love the new water pressure.
Thank you
Mark
I worked with Repipe Specialists on my 1905 era home located in the Portland Grant Park neighborhood. I had an excellent experience and the work was done with great care. The professionalism of the staff was exceptional
One day and they were done. Professional, polite and skilled. The drywallers came a couple days later, and I can't tell where the repairs were made.

I didn't end up using this company solely due to a scheduling conflict; however, their customer service was excellent from the nice lady that answered the phone to the gentlemen (I think his name was john holman) that came to the house to write the estimate.

Repipe Specialists did an amazing job on our home! They were on time, did what they said they would, and the results are great. Very easy to work with, from sales to our contractors to payment. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs to have their pipes replaced in their home!

These guys are great. High quality products and very professional team. Kept my house clean during the entire process and they did my entire house in a half a day!! Highly recommend this business.
Estimator came to our house because we had a leak. He did not look around and suggested fixing it or just replacing our galvanized pipes. I figured might as well because we need it anyway. After they were down I found that the pipe was not fixed. I was told it was a drainage issue and not a water in problem. I was frustrated because I showed the estimator the leak and urged that’s what needed to be fixed. Of course they did not take responsibility. Too add more hey broke my water heater, they did not take responsibility for that either. It’s a company that takes advantage of homeowners.
I had Repipe Specialists repipe my entire house and mainline to the street. I looked at many plumbing companies before i chose Repipe Specialists before signing with them and I'm glad I did. Their price was competitive and they were very professional and hard working. I definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

I am very satisfied with the service my wife and I got. When we first set up a schedule to have our house re-piped to actually having the work done.
The scheduler was on time. He explained the process in detail and when he left, we had a very clear picture of what was going to happen.
The day of the re-pipe, the crew showed up exactly on time. I gave them a quick walk around of where everything was and then they went to work. They put down drop cloth on the floors. The work was done very professional and actually finished a little before expected.
The crew did an excellent job of clean up and the cutting of dry wall was very minimal and to the extent that my wife and I decided that we would do the drywall patch ourselves.
Once the work was complete, we were taken throughout the house and shown what all they did, how it worked.
Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the work, the friendliness of the crew, the good humor and with the price.
Thank you from two very satisfied customers.

The plumbers they contracted with were amazing. They re-piped our entire home and replaced a couple drains. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our kids and dogs had to be here during the process but they were super sweet to our animals and little ones. They kept us informed on each step, our house is older so there were a few issues they came across (not from them but from previous work that was done) but they were able to fix everything and make it brand new. We are extremely satisfied and will be recommending them to everyone. Great job guys!!
The guys at Repipe Specialists did a really good job.
Always concerned with keeping the mess down as much as possible.
Under a week for the entire job including the inspection.
And it was half the cost I was expecting to pay for this type of work.
It's taking us longer to paint than it did for them to complete their job .
We would recommend them.

No complaints about the work but do think they misled us about how long the work takes. The repiping itself was three days but then we had to wait almost another week for the patching crew to arrive. Overall our home was in disarray for 9-10 days
A gentlemen came out yesterday gave us a quote to have our house re-piped. The price was very reasonable for the size of our house. I will have new pipes in a week or so. They say it’s only gonna take one day I’m even more excited about that
Excellent company they were A plus from start to finish.

Well it appears that the pipes so far on my house have held up after spending $10,000 however the cheap new valve and handle that they put on there doesn't hold up and leaks. they apparently don't guarantee that after spending all that money they won't even come out and fix it. so they don't guarantee everything as they say on there commercials or whatever so I would ask them if you're getting it done what exactly is it that they're guaranteed cuz now I have to pay someone a couple hundred dollars if not them to come out and fix what they put in and it hasn't even been a couple years when it started leaking. YOUR REPLY IS UNACCEPTABLE . I REALIZE YOUR COST TO COME OUT THAT'S THE PROBLEM. YOU PUT THE CHEAP VALVE IN YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT! PERIOD. DON'T USE CHEAP PROUCTS.

We needed to repipe our entire house as our galvanized pipes were incredibly rusted. We had three other estimates, and Repipe Specialists had the most experience in addition to the best price by a significant amount!
They understood our need to get the pipes replaced before we had a crisis. They were able to get to us within a week. They replaced all our fresh water pipes including from the water meter by the road (also without digging up my flowers and bulbs) so it'll all new from the road to everywhere in the house.
They were here super early and on time to ensure we had water by the end of the day. They communicated throughout the process and by 3pm we had all new pipes and water was flowing!
We are very pleased with the speed, professionalism, end result, and price. Highly recommend.
UPDATE, 160811 ... RPS responded quickly & adjusted water pressure, as appropriate ... We are g2G, good to go now ... mBs ...
On the plus side, Re-Pipe Specialists, & their local contractor was always on time & took great care of our property ... The RS salesman was very knowledgeable & offered a range of financing options, a price that couldn't be beat ... & AN EMERGENCY REPAIR THAT RESTORED OUR HOT WATER, @ MINIMAL COST ... I'm sure my co-workers appreciated that touch ... Why 3 stars ...? Post-Repair, our water pressure is now, fairly low, especially upstairs ... Maybe that New Pressure Regulator Valve can be Re-Tweaked ...? MbSmith, NE-PDX ...
Replaced all the pipes in the house; in the kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and went into the crawl space. The staff arrived on time, were polite, professional picked up after themselves when the job was complete. I recommend them.

They quote your plumbing project with a significant price increase then subcontract it to a bottom of the barrel plumber. The sales person is the only professional. Professional con men. And now for a generic response from repipr..........
I had my whole house repiped. I went with this company because of the warranty they offered. After about 1 year my outdoor faucet started leaking. They did come out to repair it. They did it when no one was home. We didn't think anything of it. A year later it started to leak again and worse than before! I called them to have them fix it. I was informed that the warranty was only for the labor work that was done. The supplies they use only has a 2 year warranty. If they come out I have to pay them to fix it. So make sure you read the fine print!!

The crew was here promptly at 7am. Got started after I and the head guy did a walk through. Since we opted out not to have the patching done, they completed around early to mid afternoon. They were very respectful and cleanup after their job. I would recommend them to anyone that had old pipes and good use real good water pressure.
We wanted all our galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe. We were given a very reasonable quote and told them to go ahead and do the job. I was told it would take a day to complete. These guys came on time laid out cover to protect our carpet, wore masks and proceeded to install the PEX pipe. I was a little hesitant believing they could finish the project in one day but they did. My wife and I were amazed how fast they worked. They also kept us updated with the work. They were very professional throughout the entire time. So Thankyou Repipe Specialists team

100% bad experience. 1st off they subcontract the job and they ghost immediately after payment is taken. Kevin pretended to care and like he would be involved threw the process is and full of it. Second off they wait to start scheduling till you 3 day cancel period is up. So now you are obligated by contract. They water was brought threw the kitchen floor and cabinets, the new cabinets company didn't wanna ruin 15k cabinets for water pipes so I Had to pay a additional $280 to get the pipes put in the wall which means they could have put them there to start with. Then they scheduled the repipe 6 weeks before they could come do drywall repair. I had holes in my house from floor to ceiling for 6 weeks holding up my remodel. I could have had the drywall repair done for 1200 less and faster but was un able to cancel. Your walls will not be repaired back to original and when you ask about it the dry wall crew will laugh and tell you, they can only do so good. After multiple attempts to let them fix the job I gave up. But don't worry they still got that last payment collected. $15K spent on the job and Im having someone else come in to repair there work. If you wanna have a bad time go ahead and use this company it will be the experience you are looking for. I have a very very very obvious patch in my ceiling that is not matched and they have told me more then once they can only do so good, this repair is feet away from others that the dry wall guy admitted looked better. Attached are issues some were resolved and some were given the we can only do so good I never expected perfect there's other flaws I can hide and are not noticeable from 10feet away. Know what your getting into with these guys!!
Absolutely loved using Repipe to replace the 70 year old galvanized pipes in my house with PEX due to a slab leak.
Placed a call on a Saturday and their estimator Alvin was at my door Monday morning. Alvin explained to me the process of what they'd be doing and as I expressed some urgency, he placed a call to his schedulers and got me a spot in just a week. Additionally he called out their repiping plumber Jer from True Blue Plumbing to make sure they could do the work. Donna from True Blue was fantastic in walking me through what they'd be doing, what was needed of me and what to expect.
Being an old house without any crawl space or attic made this a difficult job but Jer from True Blue Plumbing and his team of Ben and Spencer did an absolutely wonderful job. They were ready to work at 7am and even with the difficulties had water shooting through the new PEX by 5pm.
Not only did Repipe beat other plumbers estimates but they also are set to come back to patch up the drywall, something you'd be hard to find any plumber take care of!
I would definitely recommend Repipe to anyone looking to fix their old pipes!

Repipe Specialists repiped our home and we had a fully positive experience! From the sales rep who detailed the process and cost, to the workers who did the repiping, everyone was very competent, professional and personable. Our 1973 home that had addition added which caused an issue with going through the walls. The guys came up with a solution and ran it past me to verify I was good with that. They also replaced our shower fixtures and now there are no more rules in place while someone is showering :) The workers were on time, and cleaned up thoroughly. We are delighted with the results and have had no troubles post-repipe. They also gave us various options to pay for the work which was nice. I give them my highest endorsement!

Long ETA, and if they have to comeback after their job is done for any issues you have to pay $200.00 up front until they decide if is an issue caused by their work or something else.
Jeff, Jason,Enrique and Gaven were all very professional and fun to work with. It's really nice to not have bits of pipe in our water any more.

My experience with Repipe Specialist was very positive. They came out to give me a quote within a few days and then within 2 weeks they were at my condo to repipe it. Everything went just the way they said and I am very satisfied. I'm so happy to have clean water.
I did contract with the sales team to full house repipe. Originally they promised one date but there was an opening before and got rescheduled to repipe earlier, which was very good as my old pipes where breaking apart.
The subcontracted team was on time to the minute, they arrived and did the full repipe in just one day. With attention to detail.
I did not contract the wall-repair thought. So they leaved the drywall pieces screwed near the respective wall opening, I'm still on process to completely fix, but that was my choice.

Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉
Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. My plumbing contractor was PEX Plumbing. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.
Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)
I was impressed with the professional work the team has conducted at our house. They completed the work in a timely manner and were very careful with the dry wall and the approach they used was such that the dry wall repair it is very easy and they didn't break any marble tiles in the bathrooms which was a great relief for us. I would use them any time I would need and also would recommend them to anyone.
I was skeptical but called to see what they were about. Someone came out to look at my house and give me an estimate. He answered all my questions. They even gave me a list of referrals. I called a few random and all said good things. So I pulled the trigger and signed the contract. From the beginning communication was excellent. The re-pipe team was impressive and used top quality gear. The inspection went without a hitch. Last the drywall team came in and did a amazing job. Everyone was professional, cleaned up, and did great work. The project took 3 days to re-pipe an entire house built in 1950. Amazing. Highly recommend.
After years of coming home from vacation to find brown water coming from my faucet, having low water pressure, and low sprinkler pressure, it was time to have something done. From the time I first called, it was smooth sailing with Repipe Specialists!! From the initial call, the sales visit and quote, to the crew that came out and did the work, to the ending sheetrock job, everything was done exactly as they said it would be, and on the timeline that they agreed to.The install crew was like a well oiled machine! Each person knew exactly what their responsibility was and went about doing it. Efficiency is a word that comes to mind. I can not tell you how professional every single member was!
I can now take a shower with water pressure, water my lawn in areas that were always hard to reach, and my water is clear and tastes good! I can not tell you how highly I recommend this company!! Thank you Repipe Specialists
No one wants to hear that their house needs to be totally re-piped. In fact for us it was a huge. However if you have to have it done, you could not do better than the Repipe Specialist of Oregon. They quoted me a fair price, came when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and patched up all of the holes in my walls, just like they promised. EVERYONE was very professional start to finish. There were no surprises. Like I said, no one wants to have to re-pipe their whole house but if you do--this is the company to go with.
We were skeptical to be honest. There are so many horror stories about bad plumbers and other workers.
Now our water doesn't have a brown tinge to it so that is nice. Our old pipes were just about rusted through. In the pipe leading into the water heater was a pinhole of rust that had been leaking ever so slightly. This means that the old pipes were just about used up and I am afraid of what a mess it would have been if the water broke through at some point.
When the plumbers came they did a two day job. We went with the new at least to me plastic hose. The plumbers came in and got the connections ready and the framework of piping done the first day. Then they turned the water off the second day and connected it all up. The were very tidy and efficient. They worked quickly and efficiently.
I can tell they take their job and quality of work seriously.
There was one bath that they raised the shower and put in a new higher shower head. To do that they needed to cut the wall from behind. When it was time to patch that up a third person was sent and he did a very nice job.
All in all they did a very good job. Dust they caused was swept up and no messes were left around. When they came in they were careful to wipe their feet and keep their impact minimal.
There are people that still work to do a very good job and their quality is important to them.
I had my house repiped with Repiped Specialists due to my house was built in 1941and pipes were not updated.
Repipe Specialists were friendly, professional, and they cleaned up, I now have new pipes and clean water. I would recommend Repipe Specialists to my family and friends.
After describing to Kevin what issues we had. He told us that yes you really need to replace all the pipes in the house. We said ok and put a deposit down on a 16k job. We also decided to get a few more opinions. Both which said NO you don't need new pipes cause you have copper. So after canceling repipe Specialist I received a call from Kevin asking me why I canceled. I told him what we were told and he told me that they were wrong and that my pipes were in real bad shape. Keep in mind Kevin never went under the house or even inspected the pipes. Not l I ke a real plumber would. I would NOT recommend the company, they are full of lies.
Before you take time out of your day to call these people know that:
They are sales brokers for other plumbers
They don't work on individual condo units for some reason they could not explain , but after reading many reviews , glad they don't.
With an entire house of 50 year old galvanized pipe, we were badly in need of some professional help. We liked the sincerity of the after job testaments so we chose Repipe Specialists to interview first.
I was impressed with the professionalism from the beginning. My reply from my appointment request included a photograph of Jon Holman, the Sales expert that would be paying us a visit. He arrived on time and his visit was very informative and helpful. After fully explaining our various options he put a cost estimate to the option we chose. We were expecting much worse considering the age and size of the job.
The installation crew arrived on time and had a very professional approach to the job. They sized their crew to fit the job and only have our water disrupted for one day. They even improvised flushing options for our toilets to get us through the day. I particularly appreciated the quality of the crew. They were all professional Plumbers and they all were extremely polite, considerate and fun to spend the day with.
When they were satisfied with their job and were assured that we were satisfied, they cleaned up any trace of their work before they left. We have received two follow up calls from the installation crew and Jon to make sure we had no problems.
Personally, I don't know how any facet of this job, beginning to end, could have been handled any better, both for the end result of my new water system and my total satisfaction with the entire job.

We had a six plex re-piped by repipe specialists. John, the salesman was great! The job went well. The only issue we had was we had was the sheetrock phase of the project. We were told it would be done on a certain day and sent painters only to find out it was barely started. That happened a couple of times, but all got taken care of and so far everything has been good. I would recommend them for re-piping.
Heard a ad on the radio saying they can get it done in one day and usually for HALF the cost of a regular plumber. That makes zero sense as they dont do the work they just contract it out to actual plumbers. Secondly I was quoted an outrageous price of over $10,000 to repipe a three bed, two bath home. I reached out to an actual plumber and got a quote for $4,500. Just because its on your favorite radio show does not mean its a good deal. You are basically paying twice for a single job.
Repiped the whole house in one day. Our main line into our house started leaking. That was only part of the problem. We had clogged supply lines all through the house. After repipe, we have a new line from the street and all through the house. We have great water pressure and clean water! The crew was awesome and all our questions were answered ahead of time. We are so happy we spent the money and got it taken care of....with a guarantee.
I own a 23 year old home that was plumbed with inferior materials. I wanted to be proactive before I had any large water leak disasters. Pipes from homes in the neighborhood that were built at the same time were beginning to fail. From starting with the bid to finishing the drywall, I found the entire experience with Repipe Specialists to be professional, courteous and high quality. They made the whole process so easy and painless. And, they clean up after themselves, really well. That counts for a lot!

We used Repipe Specialists for our rental house in Keizer. Our estimator, Kevin, was very efficient and professional. He got to know our needs, explained our options, wrote up the work as requested and secured the crew in a matter of days. On the day the crew came out, they were very considerate of our tenant and made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. They were in and out in less than a day and I love that they walked us around the property for a final inspection once the work was complete. I could not be more satisfied with the work and would highly recommend people consider Repipe Specialists if they're looking for a smooth and painless solution to their plumbing needs.
We had our house repiped back in April and we love it. John came out to give us an estimate and put us on the schedule to have the work done within two weeks, which was great being that we were in the mid of the pandemic. We were advise it would be a 2 day job but the guys that came out(TruBlue) were awesome and got it all done in 1 day. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism from everyone at Repipe Specialists.
Expensive for my situation (a lot of unfinished space), but work crew was professional/efficient and their installation went very well.
Would have appreciated demo/removal of old galvanized pipe in those areas that were wide open space.

We contracted with Repipe Specealists to replace our plumbing from the meter on the street throughout our entire home. There representative, Alvin, was knowledgeable about what the project would entail and he brought pictures and samples to show us what they would be ding to our home. He was an excellent salesperson and quoted us a fair and competitive price.
After signing the contract the work was scheduled and completed within two weeks. The crew took care to disturb as little as possible and completed the work in a single day. They were polite and took time to answer questions.
Repipe also arranged for the city inspector to check on the work the next day and had a drywall repair scheduled for the day after that. Everyone did a great job.
We now have great water flow and can shower even when running the dishwasher.
For the past 10 years, our home had degrading water pressure, rusty water from some taps, valves that would not close or were completely frozen, and never, ever flush the toilet if water was running somewhere else in the house.
I knew that major work was going to have to be done in order to restore usable water pressure, but I had no clue as to how to even begin to plan such a project. I had heard a radio commercial about Repipe Specialists and how they could completely repipe an entire house in one day. I was totally skeptical with this claim but my wife and I had become so frustrated with our situation that we decided it was going to go one of two ways, sell the house or rip out the old pipes and put in new ones.
After trying and failing to find independent plumbers to take on such a project, I finally found Repipe Specialists online and completed their query for more information. We were contacted by a rep who inspected our home, assessed the number of trouble spots and gave us an estimate of a total project cost to the penny.
Once we agreed on the project cost and timing, Repipe Specialists arranged the entire project, from booking the contractors for the actual repiping, to taking care of permits and inspections, as well as drywall contractors to come and seal everything back up. All we had to do was clear out the cabinets under the sinks and then wait for them to show up.
The day of the piping work arrived at 7AM when the crew of 6-7 very qualified guys came in, laid down paper and drop cloths, and got to work. The water was cut off at the water meter at 7:15, and we had water back on by 4:30 that same afternoon. A quick inspection by the city the next day, and then the drywall crew came in a few days after that and the project was completed.
We are totally happy with the job we had contracted through Repipe Specialists and would recommend their services highly. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to plan and contract the services to do this myself, so Repipe did it all for me.
Would highly recommend their services.
Repipe Specialist repiped our home in one day, they were fast, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up. They patched the holes they made so they looked like new. We couldn't be happier with the entire job. We highly recommend them.
