The technician was okay. Nice guy. And found that it was only a dirty filter restricting air flow. Replaced with MY OWN filter and charged me $100 on top of the expected $99 service charge. He was here about 30 minutes. Exorbitant!

The whole process is smooth. The online system is user friendly. And they are fast and responsive! They arrived on my appointment time and fixed the leakage also checked other possible leakage sources. Overall very good service. And I would recommend to other people who needs plumbing services.

So glad we found Kyle with Rampey Plumbing. My husband & I bought a used dishwasher & refrigerator, and also bought a new kitchen sink/faucet and a couple of toilets. Kyle was able to handle getting all of it installed/hooked up in one day. He was very quick to respond to Facebook messages, and he showed up on time, was very pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable & even cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with his service & will definitely be using him in the future.

I would highly recommend Wooten Plumbing! I needed a new water line connection for my refrigerator and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They were professional, friendly and there when they said they would be. I will definitely use them again. It is locally owned and love being able to support small companies.

Kimber pipe solutions scoured out my kitchen drain. It was completely clogged. We now have no problems whatsoever, it drains just like new.

Everyone at One Way was super friendly and helpful, from Chad who was able to meet me within 45 minutes of calling to provide a free quote to Logan and Michael who were the installers tasked with the water heater replacement the very next morning. I was super impressed with their automated notification system that sent me text messages to let me know my appointment time, when the technician/s were en route, and even provided the quote electronically. These guys really have there stuff together. Not only that, but they were considerably less expensive than some other plumbers in town I called who couldn't even get me scheduled for an estimate until after Logan and Michael had me all fixed up and taking hot showers again. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

We found Mark a few months back when we had a plumbing issue - we weren't able to use his company at the time, but he gave us helpful advice over text and followed up to make sure we got the issue resolved. This past weekend, we had an emergency (a pipe in the yard burst) and again reached out to Mark. He texted with us over the weekend, again giving us helpful advice, and sent out one of his guys (David) Monday morning. David was great and fixed the problem - we are very pleased with his service and pleased and thankful for both him and Mark. If you have any plumbing issues (or, any issues related to the services they provide), Markim should be your first call.

I needed a 40 gallon gas hot water heater this morning and it is not even 3pm yet and Michael and Matthew from 1-Tom Plumbing are already done with the installation. This was after having to go back and get a more suitable-sized tank. I am so impressed with their courtesy, timeliness, and value. 10 out of 10, I will highly recommend to all my friends and family!
