I moved in last week and my movers were late getting the truck unloaded. I have a Gas Dryer and was unable to install it myself because the gas valve had a plug frozen in place. I called at 8 am on an Saturday morning and Ivan showed up by 4 pm. Ivan replaced the valve and even hooked up the dryer for me.I had called several other plumbers because the google results put Duvall as the 4th result. The first three said they wouldn't be able to come out for days. Duvall not only came out that day I felt like they charged a fair price and did not charge a premium for weekend service.Pro business tip. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
