When I contacted this company about my plumbing issues, they were attentive to my needs, professional and told the price before the work was started and the telephone courtesy skills and knowledge and outstanding. I was impressed by their plumber's professional appearance and grooming and his gracious friendly service. He was knowledgeable, able to provide accurate responses when I asked questions. Before he left, he thanked me for the opportunity to provide service for my plumbing needs and made sure the area was clean and you don't find that often. Real professional

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

This company is great. I had two very large leaks that were very hard to locate. These guys came out, found them, and did a great job fixing them.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Service was provided thru Choice Home Warranty on a rental property I have. They were very professional and responsive to the problem. But I don't necessarily agree with their solution to replace the filters every month. I previously only replaced the filters every 6-12 months and the unit worked fine. The renter at the time had 2-3 cats which would add to the clogged filters.
At least it is working after they left, will have to monitor how long it lasts.

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

Lance, I really am very disappointed in your lack of communication. I first contacted you on the 25th of June. You were going to send me an estimate via email. Never happened. You were supposed to come by to look at the pipe on the 25th but do to issues on another job cancelled, which I understand things happen. Then you said Friday or Monday would be the next time. Monday being the best. We set it for Monday the 1st. Never showed, never called. I messaged you, you said still having issues would have it done before the 4th. July 3rd, I text you to see where we are. No response. July 6th I messaged you again to see where we stood. Again, I response. I then messaged you on Facebook. You said your phone was involved in a billing discrepancy and you weren’t getting calls or messages and we could communicate there. You said you would be here either Wednesday or Thursday. This would be the 9th and 10th of July. You messaged me and said you would be here today. July 10th at 10:30 am. I cleared my day to be sure there was enough time for you to fix it. I waited. You never showed nor did you message me. I messaged you three different times with no response. I have been more than patient, more than understanding and now I feel like you have very poor customer service. I have cleared times for you when you said you were going to come and I feel I at least deserve a message, a phone call or something. I will never recommend your company to anyone as a matter of fact I will tell them of my experience with you. This has been a horrible experience and very frustrating to say the least. I gave you the benefit of the doubt more times than I should have because I understand that unforeseen things happen. But this has gone way past that. I feel that your lack of concern for the time your customers set aside for you is rude and unprofessional. I will be hiring another plumber so don’t bother calling me, like you would anyway.
