Dibble Plumbing

Used Dibble Plumbing in 2016. I was asked if I wanted the gas line that went to the kitchen sealed off or fixed so I could eventually get a gas range. I told the technician to fix it because I wanted a gas range. 4 years later I buy a gas range and apparently there is no gas going to the kitchen gas line. I called Dibble Plumbing and explained the situation. Nick called me back and was EXTREMELY rude. He read the contract to me, which I also have, and stated that it did not list fixing the gas line to the kitchen. It DID say that they would find and repair up to 3 leaks (one of which was the kitchen line). He refused to come back out and look at it without charging me a service call. I asked if the technician still worked for him, he doesn’t, and was told that if I didn’t have pictures and it wasn’t on the contract then there was nothing he could do and seemed surprised that I would think he would since the work was performed 4 years ago (I don’t know what that has to do with it; 4 years or 40 years, if the work was done correctly as requested it would still be the way I requested and paid for it to be). I find it despicable that Nick doesn’t stand behind his work and that he would be so rude to a customer. Definitely would NOT recommend Dibble Plumbing unless you want to pay TWICE for the work to be done the way you asked.

Nick was professional, kind and confident in his work and that eased my mind. They were fast, knowledable and best of all affordable. I highly recommend Dibble Plumbing. Nick gets the superman cape for being the hero of the day!

Nick was fantastic! They resolved our issue and made us aware of other leaks we didn't know we had. (Under the house) They were on time, under budget and courteous! We're already planning our next project with them! We highly recommend Dibble Plumbing!

If there were a ten star rating, they would have it! I had a simple plumbing problem that started almost a week ago that Nick and his team have had to reverse and correct. If you're looking for an honest man who runs his company by virtue of honesty, integrity and family values, this is the place to call. I have used the same plumber for 25 years, but he was already booked when this emergency occurred. Nick Dibble has earned my business for every opportunity in the future - he is now officially my guy when I need a plumber.

Absolutely best plumber in town! He is very informative and honest on what needs to be done. I am every happy with the clean work that was done in our master bathroom and will use Nick again for all my plumbing needs!

Involved with embezzlement of a nonprofit agency

Very helpful and courteous. He insisted that he put his shoe covers on even though I said it didn't matter since we have wood floors. Did a great job on my disposal replacement in under an hour. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Problem:
The water heater (tank) sprung a leak leak...can't fix that. The (cold) incoming water valve on top of the water heater wouldn't close...couldn't fix that either.

Temporary solution:
I decided to shut the water off to the house instead of wasting money on incoming water going to the water heater only to be heated with natural gas and shortly thereafter make its way to the sewer; those are three charges I wasn't going to pay for.

Even bigger problem:
Snowflake family members in the house couldn't imagine their lives revolving around this leaky problem for any part of their lives, why it wasn't fixed before it broke...you should get the point by now.

Solution:
I ran into Nick Dibble's wife awhile back who gave me their business card...found it...sent him a text really late on Sunday...responded shortly thereafter (on Sunday)...replaced the water tank (on Monday), brought everything up to current code and was gone in WAY less than 24 hours after (first) noticing the leak and (second) contacting him.

Their reviews / rating elsewhere on the internet (at the time of this review) are almost flawless.

Very good at what they do! Very family oriented. It can be worrisome letting people in your home these days, but the staff at Dibble Plumbing is very courteous and professional. I will ALWAYS call them for our plumbing needs.
