Colton and his team were amazing. He arrived out for one work and it was much bigger than anticipated. He provided me with written information and was patient with me as I requested several questions in panic mode. The work took 5 days and at the end of the day he provided me with an update and what was going to occur the following day. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs.
Yairo was professional, respectful. He was out in like 40 minutes after I call. Got the work done in an hour. I would recommend.

The plumber arrived out at the beginning of the time frame given (which was just a few hours after I called!), was and incredibly helpful. As someone who knows absolutely NOTHING about plumbing or anything to do with it, he answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had some idea of what was being fixed, what the next steps needed to be and even how to better care for the pipes in the future. Would definitely endorse but would also hope for the same plumber to come out!

Jon did a good task in servicing our boiler. He also ran new thermostat wires to each zone so smart thermostats could be installed. Communication from them was second to none. Thanks for the amazing job!

Dean was constructive in explaining the circumstances regarding the fix needed on my plumbing leak. polite, kind and professional.
Had a last minute drain trouble the night before a holiday and they had someone out within 2 hours and the trouble was repaired and professionally. Cesar was fantastic with communication. Great experience overall.

They flushed our tankless water heater, checked outdoor intake air vent. The young gentlemen were informative, explained and were very polite.
Second time having them out to my house. Heat went out overnight and they had someone on site in just a few hours. Professional, knowledgeable and quick! They even contacted the next week to make sure was running ok. good company and recommend!

Dario showed up in a clean uniform. He was cordial and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clear our shower drain. He completed the fix most I endorse requesting Dario through Rescue Rooter if you ever need a drain unclogged.

I was out of town and was not able to get there. Had two toilets, two sinks and three showers plugged at work. They were good at calling me and letting me know what was wrong and giving me estimate on repairs before they did the work. They cleaned out main drain and we were back in business. We will call them again if we have any problems.

I am thrilled with the service! Hubert arrived at the expected time and after assessing my ceiling he gave me my options for repair. He spent approximately 15-20 minutes doing the installation of the light fixture. He was thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend and would render his services again if needed!
