Was just driving down Highway 66 into Claremore, and this big purple van just pulled out directly in front of several vehicles, almost causing a multiple vehicle crash. If their plumbing skills are like their driving skills, I WOULD NOT use this company.

Buyer Beware! If I could give a negative star rating I would! This company used to be called Proflo Plumbing and went out of business! I guess they’re trying to rebrand themselves! I hired Mark from Proflo Plumbing to install a shower insert in my master bathroom. The original installation was horrible and destroyed the walls around the insert. Which they informed me after the installation that the wall repair was not included in the installation. Then 4 months later the insert started cracking on the bottom. Mark assured me that it would be fixed for free since it was still under warranty. It took 2 months of calling and calling Mark to finally get the repair completed. And after the repair, the shower insert was still wrong. I tried contacting Mark again and they avoided my calls and said I was harassing them! Yes, I was mad because I was out $1200 for work they didn’t do. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I was later told that the company went out of business, which was not a surprise.

Go with any other company than this one! Or if you do use this company, just plan on having someone else come in to fix their mess!

Mark knows his stuff got a drain unplugged for me that what plugged up for years. I thought it was so bad that I would have to cut into the slab to get it cleared out, but somehow Mark cleared the whole thing out saving me thousands of dollars. He is also the fastest plumber I have ever worked with!

Andy originally came out and repaired a leak in my kitchen lines. Two weeks later the pipes under the sink began leaking again. I called and Andy came back out. He showed me where the second leak was coming from which was unrelated to the original repair. He repaired the leak with no charge. Any other plumbing company charges me for two visits. Customer service is OVER THE TOP!! I won't use anyone else. Thanks Andy and King Plumber!
