These gentlemen installed a 40 gallon water heater for me.
They were very polite,courteous and professional.
They seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me all about my new water heater including preventive maintenance.
ASAP 4 Plumbing is my new permanent plumbing company.

My husband passed away. He always took care of stuff like plumbing, etc. One of my toilets needed work. The plumber got water all over the floor & asked ME for towels. Spent about 15 min., hardly said a word, & over charged. The 2nd toilet broke... I called Acts of Service Plumbing that time. They did a great job & were very professional & I didn't feel over charged.

Brock was paid up front to complete a number of things in our home. He completed a portion of the items, and it was quality work. Unfortunately he stopped answering our phone calls and never completed the work that was paid for. Eventually he responded and acted like he didn’t know who we were. We had to file a dispute with our bank to recover $600 that Brock took from us. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend you find one with more integrity.

We've had Premier work a few jobs for us. He's very good and gets to the problem immediately. Does a nice job. Highly recommend this company.

this company is awesome they sent Shane over to repair my drainage and he totally rocked it out very professionally done. Quality work ! My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
