I discovered a leak behind my wall late one night, called these guys the next morning and by 11am they were at my house saving my a**. Yes it cost a bit more than I was expecting (it has never been the case in human history that anyone was excited about a plumbing bill) but their communication and expertise was worth every penny.

I called several other companies and nobody was available to help me with a water supply line leak. 1-Tom-Plumber came out right away, found the leak and fixed it in the miserable rainy weather. Very professional and informative. The price was reasonable and I am very happy to have water again !

Even though they were booked today, they made the time to help me with disconnecting a gas stove so the movers would move it in the morning. Matt and Mike were professional yet super friendly! I will use them for any plumbing or gas issues again for sure! Their price was so much more reasonable than others I called. AND they returned my call, so many others didn’t bother.

Our plumbers name was Matt. We have had previous plumbers come before and the experience was not good. We were very reluctant due to having our grandma with dementia at the residence living here, previous plumbers treated her poorly and didn’t treat the job as they would as someone who is mentally sane. Matt was wonderful, got the job done in less than a few hours in extreme heat in black clothing. He handled our grandmother with care along with her plumbing problem. He fixed everything as it it was brand new. Matt needs a raise for this, after this experience we would recommend him to anyone. Ourselves included in case we ever have problems again. I can't say Thank you enough for Michael. I had a pin hole leak in my hot water tank line on Saturday.. I had called 2 other plumbers but they wouldn't answer their phone so when I called 1-tom the gentleman picked up quickly and within 2 hours I was up and running again... Michael was very professional and goodness so quick to get to me and so very pleasant to work with .. I will definitely be calling them again on any of my plumbing issues ..

Edit/Update: I had a second plumber come out and bid the job, they did the same thing 1-Tom-Plumber did (run camera to locate issue) but they found the pipe that needed replaced was on the opposite side of the yard where 1-Tom-Plumber had marked the yard. So I had to pay the second plumber to basically do the same thing 1-Tom-Plumber had done but it was correct this time, then I had to have 811 come out and mark the yard again because they had previously thought we would be digging on the other side of the yard so didn’t mark some of the lines. That’s 811s issue, not 1-Tom-Plumber. The plumber I ended up using also told me that it wasn’t okay that 1-Tom-Plumber did not reinstall my toilet and left it off as it can emit sewer gasses into the house, and they should have plugged it at the very least. So at this point I’m unsure what I even paid 1-Tom-Plumber for. I tried to get in contact with them. I understand they came out and did work, took the toilet off, ran the camera, located and removed a small clog in the line, but for the repairs that needed to take place being on the other side of the house from where they marked and told me personally where they would be digging, and then left our toilet off to emit sewer gas into the house, I’m a little irritated. I did try to get in contact with 1-Tom-Plumber again, spoke to the owner, told me he would talk to the technician and get back to me. He never did, I followed up via text as well, no reply. I was hoping for a fair resolution so I could keep a positive review up and not have to go back in and add this development. I’m not here to be a Karen, or ask for a full refund or anything, just thought they might figure out a fair resolution for us. Original review still stands below.

Yesterday my plumbing started backing up into my house but was still slowly draining, looked on Google and found 1-Tom-Plumber as a 24 hour service. I called and spoke to Brent last night and after speaking with him about my issue, we decided it could wait until tomorrow. In the past I’ve felt like some plumbers wanted to come out same day to charge after hours emergency fees, but Brent wasn’t pushy, and I appreciated that. Brent put me on the schedule for 9am the following morning. At 7:45am the next day I got a phone call from Matt who told me he would be there in 30 minutes. Matt arrived at 8:15a (a whole 45 minutes early WOOHOO!) and was able to locate a clog, he ran a camera and beyond the clog found a busted drainage pipe in my yard. They were quick to schedule a dig within the next week to fully rectify my issue and luckily my insurance policy covers the work that will need to be done, and the team at 1-Tom-Plumber was happy to work with me and my insurance team to get this covered. Really appreciate the 1-Tom-Plumber team and their sense of urgency, and the quality of their work so far.

They replaced my water heater. Fair price and no surprise expenses. I would use their services again.

Previous plumbers that the home warranty chose came out 4x and fixed the issue causing a whole kitchen demo.

The true cause of the water damage was not from what the previous plumbers diagnosed and fixed and full kitchen demo was not even needed!

I am so glad I called this company directly and did not go through the home warranty again....should of done this the 1st go around.

Had a great experience today. Matt was very responsive, and the job was much larger than what was planned coming in. This did not phase him at all, and he gave it the time and attention needed. Also, Brent, the owner came by for a while as well to assist and provide input. They both stayed longer to do some locating and measuring for a larger potential project. Very good and knowledgeable guys that care about the work they're doing. Would recommend them to anyone, and I'll utilize them going forward as well.
