I would highly recommend Nieman plumbing. A home inspection found a hole in one of the pipes, and there was “some other flow issue.” In addition to Nieman, I got estimates from two other places, but Nieman was the only one to discover what that “other flow issue” was. They knocked the project out in about a day, and pricing was totally reasonable - no gimmicks or up selling like you sometimes get with the bigger guys.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Very professional. Installed a new outside faucet.

Plumber came to our property and completed the service work in record time by my estimation. He installed a new replacement sump pump and two check valves and offered counseling on my filling of acid into my new backup batter. On a Day where numerous sump pump services were needed due to heavy rains, I was able to get a plumber on the spot in less than 2 hours and project completed in little over an hour.
