I had a water heater leak and flooded my basement. Kings Plumbing is the only company out of 10 calls that would answer my call. They were at my house in less than one hour. I got the water heater replaced and they referred the best restoration company, who got here in the same amount of time. The price was fair and the guys were extremely professional and i would highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing work. Thanks Kings Plumbing you guys are lifesavers.

I want to say thanks to HELP and JJ Engelbert for the same-day service in fixing our AC items that were not working. He even did my yearly tune-up while he was here so we are in good shape for another year! He was able to diagnose the issues quickly and was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand everything. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. He went above and beyond to expedite the process which was fantastic. The installment team led by Justin was punctual, efficient and polite and I highly recommend Wingate for those important repairs/replacements needed to maintain the comfort of your home.

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Do not hire this plumber. He is a scumbag for the way he swindled our family out of money. He fixed a leak in a sewer main, for it to break 17 months later. When hearing this news Al told me how busy he was and he would not be able to take a look at it for a month. You work is failing 17 months after completion and you do not want to look at it for 30 days? Worse part, this is not his problem according to him. It was only his problem for 12 months after his work. If you want to hire a plumber that is going to not care about his job 12 months and 1 day after he completes it, this is your guy. Or you agree that only a scumbag would complete a job and 17 months later wessle his way out of even looking at the work. Unbelievable he is even able to be a plumber.

Called this company to fix plug in driveway. Said he was busy but would be done in June. This was in April. Never called, never showed. Had called him once before and did the same.

I don't recommend this company. I am very disappointed with service I received. Follow up: Invoice is in the mail. I asked you to fix my gas valve so Lowes could install my new stove. You said is wasn't broken and left but charged me $179. Lowes came back and said it was broken. I asked you to replace it.
