As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. He went above and beyond to expedite the process which was fantastic. The installment team led by Justin was punctual, efficient and polite and I highly recommend Wingate for those important repairs/replacements needed to maintain the comfort of your home.

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

His estimates were reasonable, the final prices were within the estimates. The work was completed quickly and effectively. Harry's attitude was respectful, friendly and conscientious. It was a pleasure having Harry do our job. I would not hesitate to the have him here to work with us again.

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

So quick, professional, and great quality service! Very happy with our decision to go with Boden after calling around to many other companies this morning to replace a water heater. Highest recommendation!

Mr. Hellkamp came to our house and unclogged the drain pipe from the washer. He added a new pipe (pvc) that was longer and in the way of the cold water knob. He did not tell us that he didn't put the knob back on because the pipe which could easily have been shortened was in the way. Instead he just took the knob and our money and said nothing, knowing it would be years until we found out. Well, we just donated that washer and dryer and discovered there was no way to turn off the cold water at the source. Luckily, the people we donated the washer and dryer too had a cap and were able to turn off the water with vise grips. It would have been nice if we could have known. We had them back (after 2 months of being put off) to replace 2 hose bibs on the outside of our house. He spent $40.00 on parts, was here for almost 2 hours and charged us $650.00. If you are not in his little click, don't bother calling him. You will end up waiting months, then you will be overcharged, and you may end up missing some very important parts to your house.

I don't recommend this company. I am very disappointed with service I received. Follow up: Invoice is in the mail. I asked you to fix my gas valve so Lowes could install my new stove. You said is wasn't broken and left but charged me $179. Lowes came back and said it was broken. I asked you to replace it.
