Very professional and affordable!!!! Was on time, and finished in a timely manner as well. Answered all my questions, and explained what was going on. Would recommend him to anyone needing any type of plumbing work.

Brandt is personable, professional, and very good at what he does! We had an intense leak beneath our basement floor and based on his outstanding Google reviews, we called Reliable Leak Detection. Brandt located the leak and said that he didn't want to verify it by drilling because he thought the leak was spraying directly up towards the slab and if he drilled, we would have an extremely flooded basement. The plumber is here today. They jack hammered through the slab and found the leak exactly where Brandt said it would be AND it was spraying directly up, as he predicted. (See attached photo - the blue tape on the baseboard is where Brandt marked the location of the leak. Thank you, Brandt! :) PS: Bobby says hello and thanks for the pets!

I could say a lot more about how Mark helped us put our built in closets back in, how Mark patched the hole they cut out to get to the shower valve and a lot more great stuff. Jim the Plumber did a bathroom remodel at our house including replacing the floor, tub, and shower. He worked quickly and expertly to have the job completed on schedule, even when new things came up on the job. Jim was very reliable in terms of timing and daily project clean up. He also provided us with project updates. The work is beautiful. Also a special shout out to his administrator Paige, who was incredibly helpful and flexible in scheduling our project.
