Best Plumbers in Cincinnati, OH
Jason is friendly, he got back with us to set up a time for our plumbing and also our daughter's plumbing problems (we were going to have to meet him there for the out side faucet in the pool area). Jason look at the problem (ours was a drain area and her was rerunning a water line). In both cases it was an hour and 1/2 or less, Jason knows what he is doing. He was very good about cleaning up after the job. In our opinion Jason is a Very Honest business owner and very reasonable. Thank you, Jason.

I first met the good folks at Hoffmeyer Plumbing when I was just a kid. They have been in business for a very long time, my Dad has been involved in his rental properties for even longer so we have used them quite a bit over the years. Me and my Dad don't agree on many things but Hoffmeyer Plumbing services are one thing that we can agree on. Anyone with rental units know that they can be a pain if you have the wrong tenant. When they clogged the toilet or another drain, Hoffmeyer Plumbing showed right up and quickly solved the problem, and for a very fair price also. They also do great with larger and more in depth jobs too. Recently, one of my Dad's vacant apt. units was hit by copper thieves, it was an absolute mess. Hoffmeyer Plumbing first did a great job dealing with the insurance company. Even the insurance agent told me how nice they were to work with. They came right in on short notice and redid all of the damaged plumbing in record time. Occupied apt. units need water after all. The insurance company even remarked on how reasonable the quote was when they sent out their adjuster. They left the work area clean which is something a lot of contractors don't do. My Dad and I have worked with them many times for many years and we have never had a disappointment. Peace of mind when you hire someone to fix hidden things like plumbing is a great thing. They have never let us down. I've strayed from them before with some fly by night plumbing services, and it ended up to no be a very good idea. HofMeyer plumbing really know what they are doing, they are top notch professionals. They recently replaced a toilet in my Mom's main bathroom. The floor boards were rotten so the job wasn't very straight forward. They did the carpentry and support work which is something all plumbers don't do, they fished up the job in hours. So no more water is leaking through the floor. And a main sewer line clogged and damaged at my Mom's house. I was freaked out because they had to jackhammer the basement floor, but they went right to work, finished up quickly, and did a great patch job on the basement floor. They installed the verticleft stack properly with an access point for auger cleanout, as well as the proper pressurized vent for function and safety. This was 2 years ago and the repair still is perfect. Wow! Im sorry this review is so long. I guess I just feel fortunate to have a plumbing contractor I can trust. They've never let me down. I know anyone who reads this review and employs them will enjoy the same peace of mind and great service that me and my father always have. Cheers!

We have used Rebisso for many years. I should have written a review long before now. They are quick to respond and always do a great job. Steve usually comes over and he really knows his stuff and he gives you his honest opinion. When the work is complete he leaves and says you get a bill in the mail. That's the old fashioned way of doing business and I love it. I always recommend Rebisso whenever anyone is looking for plumbing work.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Our toilet was leaking at the bottom. Called Ox Plumbing and they showed up the same day to fix it. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend for any plumbing services.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!
He did a great job!

Took Mr.Wize 6 hours to replace a sink and seal a toilet. He was late at first, then left midway without telling anyone for about 2 hours.

First Visit:
Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem. The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved. And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.
We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.
I would like my money back $480.00

I recently had a very frustrating experience with A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their lack of communication. I wanted to hire them for a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, but their failure to call me back left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience.
First and foremost, when I initially reached out to A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, they were prompt in answering my call and seemed attentive to my problem. We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.
I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.
What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. Their failure to do so demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and a lack of basic customer service etiquette.
I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses. There are numerous other plumbing services in the area that prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.
I sincerely hope that A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their communication practices. It is essential for any reputable business to prioritize effective communication with their customers, and I genuinely hope they rectify this issue to avoid disappointing others in the future.
