We worked with Jeff Marshall on trying to get city sewer installed for our home we needed to sell to move into a different home.. We purchased a pump for thousands of dollars and he was suppose to start our job soon after. For over 6 months jeff made promises to start our job and never showed up and never fulfilled his commitment . Over and over again, we called and he never showed up and didn’t return our phone calls. We pleaded and begged for him to start so our job would be finished and we could sell our home. He Never followed through. We lost money on the sale of our home as we lost buyers due to his lack of professionalism . You just don’t treat people like that.

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Joe was great. Our A/C and furnace is 23 years old so we were already looking to purchase new. He was so knowledgeable. Found and showed me problems with my old system. Things where we weren’t getting full efficiency. He answered all the questions my wife and I had. Offered an optional remote sensor for the thermostat. (Our stat is by our back door and is affected by the outside temp if the door is open for extended periods.) During the Covid pandemic he was wearing his mask and the extra step he took when he gave us our contact was unexpected. He sprayed it with sanitizer and then gave us the sanitizer. I appreciated everything Joe did. Thanks again.

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Whoever drives for this company is completely unsafe. Riding the back of other cars on the highway dangerously close trying to go 20 miles over the limit and then pulling a phone out to report that the car in front of them isn’t going fast enough? Never getting service from them, feel unsafe enough.
