Urgently called this business at 4:45pm on a Friday and was greeted by the most lovely lady named Joyce. They were about to shut down for the evening but she was nice enough to contact the owner who called right away. Without going into great detail, I had broken a pipe and had water leaking through my ceiling . It was a mess but Mr. Jones took care of everything! The job took several hours but he stayed until everything was done perfectly! So lucky I found them! Couldn't have asked for better service! He actually ended up calling us back on Sunday morning just to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy! Thanks again!!!

Had John come out to my house today to inspect all my plumbing issues and to also look at my gas lines water heater. We recently moved into our home a couple years ago and just wanted to see what needed to be done if there was anything wrong.

They inspected everything and answered all my questions honestly and didn't blow smoke or try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They were calm, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. While I wasn't able to do all the repairs they suggested, I was happy that didn't force me or try to guilt me into doing all the repairs.

They did replace all of my plumbing under my kitchen sink, they advised me to remove my disposal due to how old it was. I couldn't afford them to put in a new disposal, they made the pipe work compatible and installed an outlet so I can easily install a disposal in the future if I choose too.

They were an awesome group of guys to work with and I will be using this company in the future, no doubt about that!

Matt and Jody did a great job replacing my broken water heater. Very professional and worked hard to get the installation done in one day.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left. I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday. When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit. I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit. I refused and decided to look at the unit myself. I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt. The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT. After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

From the first time I called him, Damion was very helpful and responsive. He got the work done quickly, at a reasonable rate. He even came on his day off to light our water heater when the gas company failed to turn it back on! Top notch service. We will definitely use his services again.

I'm so thankful to Charlotte Plumbing & Repair. I like to think I'm pretty independent and I usually hate asking for help, but it felt good having them there looking out for me. My son put a load of laundry in the machine before he left for school and I woke up to find water pouring through my 1st-floor ceiling.
