It's been the best career decision I ever made to join the family at Choate Plumbing Inc we're all a strange bunch to be mixed together but we love what we do and we're pretty damn good at it

We had a toilet that would start running at random times on it’s own. Having dealt with a similar issue at our other home we went to replace the flush valve. After replacing the flush valve we went to reconnect the water. Upon turning the water back on, it started to spray. So we immediately turned the water off and decided it was time to call a plumber. We found Riverview Plumbing online and decided they had decent reviews so setup an appoint with them. The plumber arrived and my husband explained what had happened and told him it just needed to be fixed and we weren’t sure what the problem was. The plumber said no problem should be a quick fix…..1 hour later he was still fiddling with the toilet. He finally declares the toilet fixed and my husband paid and he left. After being out all day 2 days later we come home to 2 large water stains dripping water from our downstairs ceiling. We run upstairs to find about 1/4 inch of water flooding the upstairs bathroom. The toilet had been leaking the entire 2 days. Upon calling the plumber back they said they would be out in a few hours. Plumber arrives and states to my husband “oh we didn’t have that part on the truck last time.” Leads us to believe he knew all along that part was an issue or would soon become an issue (maybe another hefty service fee). He fixes the problem free of charge. After calling the office back later to inquire about when they would be fixing our damaged ceiling he had his office assistant tell us that, no, he would not be paying to have that fixed, because he has no way of knowing it wasn’t there before. I have dated pictures showing the ceiling being wet and dripping 2 days after he “fixed” the toilet. After speaking with Dawn I asked to speak directly to him. Dawn said she would have him call me the next morning. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t gotten a call from either of them. I now have to pay to have someone else come out to dry out our ceiling and repaint it. I would assume since no one has followed up with me they know they are in the wrong, and are just ignoring it. I would stay far away from this group as they clearly refuse to take responsibility for damages caused by their plumbers' subpar work.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Pork Chop’s Plumbing customer for life!

Roger is fantastic. He’s replaced a hot water heater for me, my new sink when we did counter tops and came over almost instantly when we have a water scare a couple weeks ago. You won’t find better service than this guy.

We've been working with Kevin for nearly a decade. He has always been fair and reasonably priced, and most importantly he is honest. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area. Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.
