Brian and the team did a wonderful job repairing our blinds, door thresholds and repairing our outside windows. They were quick, responsive and professional. The quality of the workmanship was top notch!

Tom does an incredible job. He not only fixed multiple problems we had at the house for a very reasonable price, but he showed me exactly what was wrong. It is always nice to know what you paid and why you paid it.

We used Brent for a variety of electrical work we had during our home remodel. He is a hard worker, reasonably priced, kind and was able to fit us in during his busy schedule. If I ever need electrical work in the future, will reach out to Brent.

EXCELLENT referral from Duke. Ryan was our electrician and he was fantastic. He came on time. Went above and beyond regarding our electrical issues. And the price was VERY reasonable.
Our problem: One of our outlets shorted out and took out a while wall of outlets with it.
His solution: He replaced the shorted outlet and the other outlets fixed themselves after that.
BONUS: He asked us if there was anything else he could help us with before he left and we actually have 2 outlets in the house that have NEVER worked (in the 5 years we've lived here). 20 minutes later they were BOTH fixed and working!
Total cost: Less than 45 minutes and less than $90 total.
EXTRA Bonus: Ryan gave us some very reasonably quoted suggestions to make our home safer for us and our kids. He didn't give them in a way that made it seem like he was just out to make more money....he seemed to genuinely care about mine and my children's safety. He said if we couldn't afford the big project right now, to save for it, but at a MINIMUM spend a $25 at the Lowes for some extra Fire Alarms.
EXTRA EXTRA Bonus: We have 4 young children home. The youngest are twin 4yo boys. They annoyed poor Ryan the ENTIRE time. Asking him his name. What he was doing. Why the lights were out. What tools he was using. *I* was SO frustrated with them. I tried to control them better but I swear they were feeding off each other (as they always do) with the pestering. Ryan was EXCELLENT with them. If you didn't know it, you would have assumed he was family with how familiar and kind and patient he was with them. Patiently explaining what he was doing, giving his name 100 million times and smiling at them. Gosh. I love Ryan. I love that National Standard Electric hires men like Ryan. All men should be like Ryan. 5/5 HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work. We will DEFINITELY be using them again.
Picture of my living room that Ryan fixed and is now bright and full of light. Thank you National Standard Electric!!!

I am not the type to review anyone being a business owner myself, one upset customer shouldn’t define a business BUT... This electric company decided to pretend to be me and called Union County and intentionally canceled our inspections, more than once because we were no longer using them on our renovation project. They were on our permit to start the job and we decided to go with another company later in the project. We had let Union County know about the change but this company was still getting notified when we were scheduling our final electrical and residential building inspections. Instead of ignoring it, or contacting Union and saying they were not the electrical company on the permit, they decided to call and represent themselves as me and cancel both our electrical inspection and residential building inspection. They did it multiple times and through working with Union County to confirm, we know that is what happened now. Completely Unprofessional way to operate with malicious intent. We lost 2 days of inspections trying to close up this project before Thanksgiving. Would never recommend them to anyone that asks and hopefully this helps someone else.

Two men arrived... one did not do anything. In 4 1/2 hours, they finished one project for me- replace a lantern in a hall. That literally took 20 minutes. We have several outlets that do not work in our upstairs hallway and after 2 hours, they couldn't figure out why. They were never repaired. Their last task was to install a light in our basement stairs. This was to be beside an existing outlet. After several long, slow trips back to their van, they established that they did not have the right size drill bit. This was after they bore a 4x6 hole in my wall (without my consent) to try to make the bit they had work. I now have a hole in my wall and the project isn't finished. Never, ever would I hire them again.

Replaced an electrical panel at a rental house then left without completing the work in connecting with the city. I spent more than a week and finally the city agreed to finish his work even though he had not prepared the connection properly. He never returned the money I had given him for additional work he never did. The company that finally did these remarked that his work had been very inadequit. I have all of this documented.

Joe is a nice guy, but is terribly, terribly unreliable. He does not show when he says he will. He ultimately, refused to respond to our inquiries. He talks about his work being warranteed, but NEVER shows up to fix. He claimed to fix items that he did not address. He was electricrician of record on a residential project, that was delayed months because of him, and then refused to stand behind his work. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to come in, costing us $$$$, and considerable embarrassment, and damage to our reputation. It has been the most disappointing building experience I have had in over 20 years.

Was supposed to start working as an electric aprentice
Got the interview and was supposed to start working within a week (even though they told me I could start right away, but I had to tell in advance in my other job)
I called to confirm the time I had to be at work, said nobody was being trained that day and asked who told me I was hired. It was the same guy that answered the call but acted as if I never filled out any paperwork.
Lies and no organizations
If you want to work for the company i do not recommend
