I have uses Gianni Electrical on several occasions. I trust their work. They are fair, honest, and always do a quality job!

The team was very responsive and were available to get my issue looked at within a 24 hour period. Jesse was very personable and willing to answer any questions. Will definitely work with Gianni electrical Services in the future.

These guys will get my money any day. Jesse was great he was on time very informative and before he did anything he would explain. He installed a 70 lbs chandelier and made it very safe by re-enforcing it through my attic. He was my second quote and I saved $643 dollars. Pricing is more than fair and the work was flawless. After the job was done he vacuumed the workspace and advised me of the best lightbulbs to use on the chandelier. I'll be calling them again for my outdoor space project. #1.

We have lived with our remodeled kitchen for over 20 years, and yet no electrician has taken the time to explain how tripping one outlet can trip ALL the outlets.

We were flummoxed so when all of kitchen outlets stopped working we called Gianni. Our electrician, Jacob arrived on time (at the end of the day---after dark!) and asked to be directed to the house's electrical panel. As he walked to the door---he said I see your problem... and reset the tripped main kitchen outlet.

So simple---but he didn't stop there. He went outside to the panel (in the rain and dark) and double checked to make sure there were no other possible problems. He suggested some minor changes which seemed logical, so we engaged him to return and make those changes. Because of that, he waived the minimum fee for the original call.

Jacob Palmer was professional, clean and had a sense of humor. And most importantly---in solving our initial problem, he didn't make us feel like idiots!

They were fast, on time, efficient, Knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. As someone who works in property management I know how difficult it can be to find a vendor that is all of the above qualities. Jacob my technician was awesome and would definitely use again.

I hired Gianni to diagnose some sporadic electrical outages that were affecting about half of my home after Duke Energy told me the problem was not on their end. Both Chris and Jesse came out a number of times to work on it, repairing/upgrading my electrical panel in the process. Eventually Duke came back and admitted the problem was caused by a malfunction in their equipment. I found Gianni to be fantastic to work with. Both Jesse and Chris are very knowledgeable and professional and I will recommend this company without any reservations whatsoever. Duke, not so much.

My microwave died at noon. I immediately bought a new one, picked it up, then looked for an installer. Jesse came within hours and had the old one removed and the new one installed in less than an hour. And he charged a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Excellent service, gave an estimate that was valid. The installation was a specialty item that he was qualified to install, which went precisely as expected. Very personable. We would use Gianni Electric service in the future.

Jesse was highly skilled and able to determine the root cause of a number of receptacles not working and correctly rewired a non-functioning garbage disposal. Finally, he rebuilt an old outside GFI box, bringing it up to current code.

I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a good electrician with amazing work ethic. I was very impressed with their knowledge and experience too as they took care of the issue that i was having with my downdraft (needed to install an exhaust fan to it and create a connection to outside) very quickly.
