My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Jeffrey was superb in determining the electrical issue we had with our wall switch and ceiling fan that initially would not turn off. He corrected the problem and everything was operating good as new! We contacted Jeffrey early evening and he told us he would arrive the following morning; which he did and flawlessly solved the problem at a very fair rate. We will definitely contact JTE for any future electrical needs.

Gregg is AWESOME!! He made the process so easy and the results are amazing. Gregg was at our house at the scheduled time and was warm and welcoming during the install. We had a light fixture put in a guest room closet, the fan in our family room replaced and two outlets fixed. I tried to fix the outlets myself a few months ago....which resulted in a what are you doing trying to fix this on your own kinda shock. It literally took me getting slightly electrocuted to call a professional. Literally an electric shock. Gregg saved the day and had everything knocked off our to do list in the matter of a few hours. I would highly recommend Gregg to finish up anything that's still on your long to do list.

Prov Elec was our second call when we came home to 80% power outage. The first electrician said we had three choices ..1st 6k, 2nd 1.2k and 3rd temp fix for 450. Thomas came the next day. He looked at breaker panel and then the outside meter. He showed me where the 240 side of the meter had died and was a Duke Energy fix at no cost. He called Duke with me...who guaranteed they would be there that night. I paid Thomas the nominal service fee and 3 hours later Duke came to my home and full electricity was restored.

The electrician came over, checked my circuit, and made sure to have everything ready before installing my Tesla charger. It only took him a couple of hours, and it's already doing a terrific job.

I called three times and no one ever returned my call. Poor communication.

Very disappointed with Bates Electric. I already moreless chose an electrician for a job, but wanted to do my final checks before moving forward. To be fair, the scheduler seems to be my main concern with lack of empathy from management. The actual electrician team seem extremely experienced.

The scheduler was not knowledgeable nor clear with what they said. I described my situation clearly and suggested I needed a meter back put in and a panel and I was asking for ball park prices for the service. She responded with $1800 for just the panel plus ~$150 for permits. Which I was just wanting to get a panel of service and this is what I asked about. I scheduled a visit for $250 since the next best price was ~$3k.

Well I get a quote back and its almost $4k, I called and said this is no where close to the number on the phone. Ballparks are ballparks, but over double didn't make sense. Well speaking to the team and manager I was told the scheduler said the panel was $1.8k for just that material. That didn't include any other materials or the service. They went back to listen to my call and I ask for a ball park and she clearly said just the panel, but given the context seemed on par for what we were talking about. The manager was sympathetic suggesting clearly the scheduler didn't answer my question rather just said something else. But, the manager suggested this was my fault for not catching her redirecting my question. Also she no longer works there, so makes me think this isn't the only time.

As I mentioned company seems knowledgeable, but assume the scheduler will provide false info. I felt very bait and switch with the situation and out $250 for nothing. I understand companies can't always come out for free, but providing misleading numbers is part of the reason they have so many quotes in the first place. Even with a knowledgeable group I would rather do business with a team that doesn't feel like a 1 way street.

Stanley was able to help me out on short notice and be able to fix the problem immediately! I would highly recommend Stanley for any electrician work. Very professional and friendly. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and what you may or may not need to do. Very reasonable prices as well!

Sanders Electric was recommended in a neighborhood blog. He did some work for my family. He was highly recommended by my father who is NOT easy to please. When I called he was immediately responsive, knowledgeable, professional, informative and friendly. Arrived in a very nice commercial professional truck and completed an important electrical job swiftly and precisely. Very good overall experience. Personable guy.
