On time and very professional. They completed the work in a very neat and timely fashion. They were very detail oriented. Now I have a charger for my EV! I would recommend Carolina Electric Pro's and I will use them again in the future.

Austin the electrician that came out and installed my electric charger was great! He was professional and estimated the time it would take accurately. He did a great job and glad to have my car charger installed. My original electrical panel was too full to change around so he had to do a sub panel. He explained the process and we’ve not had any issues with the charger or the new sub panel.

The front office worker Dave is a pleasure to work with. Extremely nice and considerate. Responds in a timely manner and assisted in the process of scheduling and understanding what needed to be done.

The owner Tim has a great group working with him and it was a pleasure doing business with them! Will definitely call back for any additional electrical jobs I have!

Carolina Electric Pros were awesome to work with. They ran 100+ feet of electrical underground and wired our Hot Tub including all trenching, backfill, panel updates, outdoor box, grounding, and hot tub wiring installation. This included multiple visits for various inspections. Everything works well and all inspections passed. This was a complex job and I appreciate everything they did to make this happen. I would recommend them highly, and have already recommended them to others.

I had a 50 Amp outlet installed for my level 2 car charger. Tim was super responsive to my questions, they were on time, got the permit and scheduled the inspection for me. They were great to work with!

I can’t say enough about the folks at Carolina Electric Pros. From start to finish they were very responsive and professional. Dave worked with me to decide what was needed. I had a 240V outlet installed in my garage for my new EV car. They answered all of my questions, scheduled the job in a timely manner, showed up on time on the day of the installation and completed the job 100% to my satisfaction. The tech who came, German, was very knowledgeable and made every effort to be sure that I was pleased with the job. These guys are my new go-to for any electrical work I may need in the future and I highly recommend them.

Tim at Carolina Electric Pros was wonderful. I requested an estimate to have a ceiling fan remote installed and have someone check on my professional oven that was no longer getting power. They were super quick to get back with me via email asking additional questions and for some pictures about my requested project. Later that evening they provided an estimate and got me on the schedule. They were always in communication with me and made sure my job was done quickly and professionally. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I originally rated them a 5 star. 2 days after service the trench they dug to run power had sunk down across the entire yard by 6-8 inches in places. Tim said he would send a guy out to fix it and tHey never did. Hard to trust a business that doesn’t do what they say they are going to do. I have lowered the rating accordingly. No follow up call from the owner to follow up on the issue. Very disappointing.

Based on my experience, CEP is an extremely well managed business. CEP exceeded all of my expectations, from management of the job to the quality of work. Exceptional group. Well done.

Basement remodel work was completed by CEP - they handled all electrical wiring, a panel upgrade, meter move, etc. This was a DIY project for me, so the scheduling was unorthodox. But, Tim and the team worked around this and consistently delivered.

Ryan installed a generator transfer switch/panel. Awesome and professional job. Can’t grade him higher than a “five” because that’s all there was available.

The guy called half an hour after he was supposed to be at my house to let me know he was going to be another hour late. Luckily they were working in my crawl space so I didn't really need to be there. When I got home I looked at the work. I honestly couldn't tell you what breaker he tied into since I wasn't there and they left no description of what they did. I also had to pick up a handful of wire insulation that he had stripped off and left laying on my air conditioner.

Continue to be impressed with Ryan and the whole operation. Very electronically and electrically competent. I wish they did new construction. I'd definitely use them on my next house.

An update on my job: Carolina Electric had to come back to fill in the trench they dug. Rain made the soil erode a bit. When I called Tim the owner, he sent out Mike who originally dug the trench and took care of filling it back in. Again they were prompt and professional. Carolina Electric ⚡️ is my electrician for life. Thank you again Tim and Mike!!

We found a issue where we had fault in our home but we could not locate where or why. Carolina Electric Pros went through every outlet and device and until they found the issue. Great Service!

I called Carolina Electric Pros about getting an outlet installed in my crawlspace and spoke with Dave Miller, who was wonderful - he was very patient, communicative, and honest. I was especially grateful that he provided a ballpark estimate over the phone, which may electricians I contacted wouldn’t do given the difficulty of assessing something which they can’t actually see until they come out to inspect. Dave was very clear that the price he quoted was just a ballpark estimate that assumed various needs which may or may not be valid upon direct inspection. I proceeded with bringing one of his electricians, Ryan, who was on-time and communicative himself. He quickly went about assessing my crawlspace and actually found much less work was actually required, and installed my outlet in about an hour for approximately a quarter of what I expected to pay. Overall I am very pleased with the service - Carolina Electric Pros is my new go-to electrician.

Contacted Carolina Electric Pro's to get an estimate on several items as I saw that they have great reviews. Spoke with Tim about the work that needed to be performed and, not only was he very knowledgeable over the phone, Tim was able to quickly provide an estimate via email. Since Carolina Electric Pro's estimate was slightly better than estimates I received from other companies, I approved the estimate. When the electrician arrived later in the week, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Based on this experience I plan to use Carolina Electric Pro's for future work.

Tim and Austin from Carolina Electric Pro's were a HUGE help helping us install an antique chandelier. Whole process took less than an hour. They even ran to Lowe's on our behalf when we realized the canopy on the new chandelier was smaller than the original.
