John has done plumbing work for me and my family for years and years. Just a good ole south Omaha guy who knows his stuff, has fair prices and gives you all your options. Just an honest business owner that understands that his customers value their time and money, and he respects that deeply. Always on time, and always seems to be able to make room for us in his schedule.

My experience with the Winner in Omaha was strictly as a truck driver making a delivery. While the yard was a bit tight, a gentleman by the name of Rick was very helpful in explaining the set-up and he also unloaded me rather quickly. All in all, a pleasant visit...

I am always pleased with The American Rooter Plumbing team. Everyone who has represented them is professional. This is the second time I’ve used them. The first time they jetted my sewer line and replaced my water heater. During that job, I was so thankful they identified a leak which they were willing to come out and fix and now they’ve replaced my toilets and my corroded water stoppers. I trust their work and advice and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The service worker that came out was rude! I was promised a quote for repair work that I never received and it has been 2 weeks. Wouldn’t use again, based solely off of the poor attitude of someone who I am paying to be at my house.

Fast service, great communication from the office about timing and delays, very knowledgeable and personable repairman who diagnosed the problem in a minute. Did not try to sell me anything and I felt ashamed paying the low price I did for an emergent weekend night service. We had the absolute best experience with them!

I have had an ongoing trouble that occurred 2-3 times a year for the past 5 years and not one of the 4 other plumbing companies that have been here have been able to figure it out! Joey and his team figured it out. Riley brought his remarkable skills and while they had to look deeper into the problem, told me what I needed to know. They showed up and replaced a burst pipe on shirt notice. The lead time for other contractors was a week and they got out in 24 hours. I actually forgot to pay them for like a month. Just spaced it off. They sent a bill. They called yesterday a month later and we're so polite. I paid over the phone with a card. It didn't feel like a shakedown lol, rather just a reminder. Great customer service.
