Called last night and made an appointment for him to come out today at 3 to fix our kitchen sink drain. It is now almost 7 pm. Never showed, never called. Needless to say we have called another plumbing company to come out tomorrow. Wish we had skipped calling affordable plumbing and called someone else to begin with! We would have a working sink right now if we had!

He and his guys have always been punctual, professional, explained the problem and solutions in a manner anyone could understand, and they always took extra precautions to protect my house or business and cleaned up after themselves. NFM delivered a new oven for us but was unable to complete the install. We called Sherman and they were able to come out the same day and complete the install. Went the extra mile and leveled the over and made sure it looked and worked great before leaving. They are my go to for plumbing from now on.

Joseph arrived in a timely fashion (within an hour of my calling for service. He was professional - polite - and thorough. He recognized some art I have in the room and was able to have a small conversation which dis not hinder his efficiency at completing the task. He gave me a couple price options and while he did not offer a military discount he did make me aware of a coupon that was available.
I am entirely impressed with the personal and efficient service received.

Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.

Called July 3rd and July 4th for emergency..NOBODY EVER CALLED !!! why advertise 24/7 if you are NOT.....this is WRONG !!

Contacted M&K for simple repair that should take an hour to perform. Was quoted the $69.00 trip fee which was okay. No other phone quotes were available on phone.
Upon arrival of technician, the up-charging began. It was disappointing that the fees became exorbitant.
Would I ever call them again. NEVER. Buyer beware.
