They did a great project of tearing out the old toilet and putting in the new one. They were respectful and courteous. Did the work in a timely fashion and were professional about it. Would recommend this company.

Fletcher Williams arrived out this morning to take a look at the clean out on the side of the home with a camera. He was on time and professional answering question that I had. I’d recommend this service as he took his time explaining everything!

Roel Murillo, our work man, was professional and helpful. I got an online appointment late Sunday night as my ac wasn't working, and he came by 2 pm the next day. He had my wiring corrected and ready to go within 2 hours. terrifc work done!

Sergio Rodriguez did an terrifc work replacing our corroded pipes. He explained the process well. You can see the corroded pipes, left pic and the new piping. glad and will be using again.

The plumber you sent was excellent. He did a wonderful job. But the office people gave us the runaround. We were told between 1 o’clock and three my wife took time off of job to be here. But nobody arrived until 8:00 .

We had a leak in a pipe connecting our gas stove. Our technician, Bryson, fixed the pipe and updated the connection to code in a timely, professional and manner! He also corrected the outdoors faucet just outside the house! We were in a crunch to get this done before our home closing and this company’s response was outstanding! Grant and Clemente were informative and thorough when they arrived out to take a look at our gas leak. After we got word from the Gas Company that we had a dangerous situation on our hands and had to shut off our gas work Next-gen was able to get a technician out there within a couple hours to diagnose the problem. we have some significant work on our hands but Clemente was patient and offered several options to get us back up and running in quick order and made sure to answer all our questions. Great work guys!

Our experience was awesome customer work from begin to finish. The people in the office were amazing at communicating with us about when someone would be available to help us out. I had a great experience with our repairman Jayce Mathews. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He is a superb communicator. He outlined the issues, explained our options, patiently answered all of my questions and did not pressure us.

The repairman showed up on time and got both my split and Rinnai heater back to optimum functioning. It is worth mentioning that single person I have met at my building or on the phone has been respectful and professional. All of my questions are always expertly answered.

Had a water heater tuneup & flush done, also hardness water test. Did not take long. The tech Dmitri was & supportive in explaining things & answering questions. Used a $29 coupon special. All went well, no problems.
