Very professional and knowledgeable company.

Paul and his team did a nice job installing a gas line and gas cooktop. They were able to install the gas line on the exterior of the house which eliminated the need for drywall repair. We're very happy with their work.

Ryan was very good about explaining everything. They have an automatic service to let you know when your appointment is and to confirm and also lets you know when the service man will be on his way. They give you a date with a two hour window. Worked wonderful for us!

I would have given five stars but it was a little over a week before they came back to install the new dishwasher part.

Very responsive and reasonable in price. Went above and beyond to make sure it was working correctly.

I am totally impressed by the service I received from Weeks plumbing. He came the day I called and knew exactly what to do. He fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. He did not charred a trip fee and has a senior and military discount. I highly recommend him.

The man was punctual, really professional, and quite informed. In a short period of time, he discovered the problem and resolved it.

With the arctic cold causing a burst pipe, Dan made time that night. Did a helluva job and didn't leave a huge mess. He replaced my water heater a few months ago quickly and affordably also.

Great group of guys! Came to pump my septic 4 hours after I called. Jetted and scoped our mainline, as well. They helped locate some breaks in the line so we know current and potential problem sites. I'll be a customer for life!

Used this company several times for electrical, plumbing and installation of 30' gas line and emergency ball shut of valve. awesome customer work on phone. All technicians are on time, solution all questions and explain what they will do. I'm always satisfied with this company.

Jim was a great and knowledgable plumber but the office staffer that takes calls took away any positive feedback that could be given to this company. Customer service is non-existent!

First of all, they do not have convenient payment options such as paying with credit or debit card at all. Therefore, my wife and I ended up sending a check during the pandemic in 2020. Our check did not deliver to Able so we reach out to contact them to make sure we can get it taken care of and the customer service lady then states we can only paid by certified check (while saying it needs to be certified to ensure the funds are their because she believes we aren't trying to pay). My wife was taken by surprise by the insinuation, so I take over communication and take it upon myself to bring either cash or check. When giving feedback about their poor customer service, the lady claims she is the owner and that we were at fault for not paying our bill with Able. When I tell her she will never get business from us again, she says well great, we don't want to provide service for you ever again. Just wow!

Would you pay over $300 for a faucet you purchased to be installed in a remodeled bathroom table top? The old faucet had already been removed and it was clean underneath to work. It should have been a quick job, right? The work was very SLOW and over 2 hours since 1 part was missing and had to be retrieved. Watch out for hidden charges like $16.00 for over-the-shoe footies they use. Very disappointed to say the least! Price gouging!

I have never used this business, but I have almost been hit by the company van. The driver was weaving in and out of traffic, going over the speed limit, and clearly believes stop signs are a suggestion. I can only imagine that someone who drives like that and cuts corners with public safety also cuts corners when completing jobs.
