We had a sink installed in our laundry room as well as a water line run to our refrigerator in our basement. Michael was on time and professional. He did a great job with the installation. They even came four days early at my request. Thanks Michael and Jeff.

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.

Contracted Dale to do some work for me, he agreed to do the work and then never showed up and started ignoring my phone calls, he answered his phone and then hung up on me. Would never recommend this plumber.

As we do in the spring and fall we had our air conditioner and furnace looked over.We have always had good service, however this year was exceptional. Jose M. spent a great deal of time checking things out and explaining things to us. The enthusiasm with which he did his job was amazing. We could tell he loved his job.I hope in the future Jose will be the one who comes to our door.

My water heater went out and I was having trouble getting a plumber to come quickly. Joshua was great! He had me send pictures and he got a water heater and repaired for me quickly even working in the evening! I would not hesitate to use him again! Thank you Joshua!

The owner of this company, Rick Joons, is a straight-talking, sensible person who really knows his stuff -- and isn't out to gouge you. His crew is made up of all full-time experienced workers, with no day laborers. They did the work in the time they told us it would take and cleaned up really well after they were done. I hope you don't have to have a sewer line redone, as we did -- but if you do, go to this company for your trenching and repair.
